Ibis Brisbane

Kamer en hotel waren in alle opzichten wat ik vd ibisketen verwacht. Het ontbijtbuffet was zer goed in orde.

Er wqas geen eigen restaurant dqt tot daar aan toe = maar de maaltijden due men als snacks in de lounge kon laten aanrukken uit een nabijgelegenhotel van de accorgroep waren allemaal zeer vettig (pizza, hamburger) en de caesars salad was eigenlijk het enige magere en dat was dan weer heel veel salad en weinig caesar, weinig vulling m.a.w. De bar werd ook een keer om 7.30 al gesloten wat ons slecht uitkwam maar bedrijfstechnisch een goede beslissing was in de gegeven situatie. Alleen maar kleine dingen ter negatiever zijde op te merken dus en zeker geen reden tot formele klachten.

Very good value for money, breakfast included, great location and very decent room.

Overcharged for the internet, but seems to be a common practice in Australia.

I didn't like the parking situation I found it very difficult to get my car (SUV) in and out of the car park. It was inconvient for me. Due to the parking problems this would not want me to stay at your hotel again. Sorry

The view from the 11th floor was pretty good, there were also a lot of pillows, I like pillows.

Not enough sugar for our coffee or tea but you can ask for more at reception so it's all good.

Good and every thing that was expected of Ibis/Mercure delivered to expectation and fair value for cost,Willl continue to use Ibis as consistent in value delivery.Room was with a first class view of city and contained all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

Charge for luggage storage 2 lockers at 7 dollars for 3 hours seems excessive

great staff very helpful good size room with a great city location and also a great price ggod value.

The convenience of being only a couple of blocks to Queen Street mall, rail and bus stations was great. I was able to get to all my appointments in plenty of time. The grab it 'n' go menu was also very convenient.

Upon arrival about 10.45am the receptionist was rather abrupt and couldn't manage a smile, although she did offer to put me in a room early, though hadn't asked for it. Saving grace was the receptionist that I dealt with that evening about 7pm she was lovely, had a smile on her face and nothing was too much bother. Then upon departure unlucky enough to again be served by the first lass, she just couldn't manage a smile........

bed is wide, and the room is large enough.

Luggage storage is not good.

I really appreciate that Ibis follow what I request when made booking, offer me the room on the highest floor with good river view.

I think the reception staff during night time is obviously not enough. I went to reception twice, there was only one staff, but long waiting line in front of the counter, at the same time the only one staff even need to answer the ringing phones.

I liked the hotel because it was comfortable, at a good location and had friendly,happy staff.

I liked the 24 hour access, the staff were always attentive and friendly. The location was great for attending the convention centre. Very easy access to taxis
