Score from 52 reviews Very good
The toilet was tiny and 2 beds were made into one
Nice & clean. Good bed.
Small, but a nice cheap price. Step up into small bathroom, no shower curtain, so floor got wet in front of toilet, & no bath mat.
Very helpful staff Location and easy access to train and other areas (shopping, restaurants, ..)
Uncomfortable bed awake me more than 20 times over night. Airplane like bathroom. No enough space in room.
Pillows are too high and no alternatives, very poor sleep
Price was good, reception person was friendly
no bath mat, minimal storage, quite spartan appearance almost antiseptic hospital feel - need more wall hangings, nicer paint colors, no coffee tea facilities in room, needed and got blanket
Minimal inclusions. I would have liked a kettle to make a cup of tea
Easy booking, plenty of parking, ease of access to the building after hours, tidy rooms and having private access to own bathroom facilities.
Not easy to access the internet in my experience. Water splatter from the shower to the room floor although easy to clean up.

Affordable, clean, friendly
Value for money, clean and comfortable. No frills or fuss just a clean comfortable bed to sleep in a convenient location for my needs
The drain smelled like something died in it, There were people dragging furniture around in the rooms above is all night, The whole building smelled like re-heated Indian food.
No kettle or toaster in room
clean, and comfotable
Was reasonably well situated but a little out of the cbd. Best Ibis Budget/Formula 1 that we have stayed at. Appeared to be freshly refurnbished. The "caravan" style shower/toilet was quirky but functional.
Difficult to find - poor old tom tom took us to a hotel in Dandenong cbd about a kilometre away. Not Ibis Budget's fault - more than likely Telstra/Sensis.
Very basic accomodation
