The value for money. Was close to where we needed to be and the staff member who checked us in was pleasant.
Had no elevator available and was accomanied by a person who had difficulty with the three flighst of stairs.
Toilet smaller than in flight.
Simple but efficient. Has everything that you need to have a good rest on your trip!
The room hasn't have a individual fridge. Only community one.
The room is small, the toilet and the shower are small, so when you use the toilet your feet gets wet from the shower, no place to hang the shampoo. Most important, they don't clean the room and the toilet. Remember, not to stay there again. Not even cheap for a budget hotel.
near bus stop near fastfood restaurants near 7-11 near shell petrol station cheap rate per night
room too small internet kiosk - slow connection not enough in-room power outlets (for charging cameras, devices, laptops)
rooms were smelly, no exhaust in showers and toilet
cleanliness. no exhaust fan in toilets. rooms were smelly.
The location is good, friendly staff, genrally clean and free parking.
Very small rooms The bed was very uncomfortable at all.
I liked the mattress bed
I didn't like the fact that the lady in reception and the cleaner told blatant lies and tried to make a fool of me . The receptionist said the Indian cleaner couldntbindetstsnd English even though she did the cleaner pretented she didn't know what I was saying then I heard her speaking english to other staff . What a wears pack . The male receptionist was brilliant I must say very accomodation and friendly don't know about the crest of the pack if that was my hotel they would be packing their bags .
Price more than anything else.
The size of the path room. The bedroom. Lack of power points kettle or a microwave
Very handy location to where we needed to go which was Homebush
Price and location
Poor internet service although paid for it
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Extremely expensive internet access. Very small room with little light and ventilation.
Good parking, access to public transport and very helpful staff - would use it again when visiting Sidney. Its true what they say - "you get what you pay for" and I have experienced far worse for a similar cost! I would like to add that we found the staff more than helpful during our 2 night stay here - thank you.
We found the rooms to be small, cluttered and basic - but as already stated, you only get what you pay for... so it was good value for the cost.
Mattress Desk attention
Staff were very helpful and procactive in providing assistance
Small room and no face washers It is however a budget hotel
Close to westfield shopping centre, a plaza and dfo Many restaurants and cafes We had a lovely cleaner who went out of her way to help us on many occasions
Location was horrible On a busy multi lane road with trucks waking us up all night It was in between a mcdonalds and a petrol station Air conditioner was old and did not provide much relief Funny smell in the room Toilet/ensuite was tiny For less than $70 a night, we got what we paid for.
didn't\didnt really like anything about the place
Had only one powerpoint in the room were no fridges in the room no kettle, no waste baskets
This was a study trip and the wifi was too expensive. No hanging space. One single power point.
No lift, Wifi expensive, location rubbish, rooms basic for a backpacker. A real Budget hotel
Cheapest available at the time
Rude staff, dated mattress. No even bar fridge in the room, single power plug as result one can not charge more then one device overnight, I can go on and on, but in one word, do not! Use it, horrible experience
clean tidy, great staff, good location
Only 1 power point
The staff were courteous at all times, nothing was too hard, no matter what we asked of them. The price was excellent. I would recommend it to anyone. I would definitely stay there again.
The only thing we didn't like was that when we had our shower the bathroom floor got very wet. We were relying on public transport. Taxi fares seemed to differ substantially, depending, I suppose, on the time of day. It was too far to walk to the train station with luggage.
Price, cleaniness, size.
