Located in a quiet street of the cbd border, not far from the station and air terminal busses. Room very clean. I was lucky to get a room with a view of the front street (some rooms have a view on the opposite wall). Very convenient and relaxing overall. |

The breakfast was reasonable but luke warm. Oh the laundry was an advantage travelling for long periods The rooms were small, scruffy and depressingly decorated. The large plate glass window looked out on to a derelict building.making the room very dark and is situated in a side alley next to 2 night clubs. I paid less for 3 nights in a 5 star hotel in a better part of the city. The bathroom area had a sliding door and was extremely small The charge for storing luggage if you were travelling later was the first time I had seen this and I have travelled extensively around the world. Look elsewhere you will get a better deal for your money |

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast included was a big bonus for us. The view over the city lights at night was great. It was within easy walking distance of trams and trains. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The dirty road up from the station was offputting. Although not the hotels fault. |

Location was great, room size and facilities were good and internal noise pollution (room-to-room and hallway) was minimal. Rain dripping on the exterior window sill was quite loud and the music from the nightclub next door (Friday night) was obvious despite being on the far side and 9th floor of the building, this is something I would make sure I mention in my recommendation of this hotel. |

The location is very good. It's just near Southern Cross Station and city tram. The is very clean. It's too expensive to store luggages in this hotel. There is free to store luggages in most hotels. |

The staff were helpful I wasn't not impressed regarding the storage of luggage. I needed to store my suitcase until it was time to leave, the machine gives no option to which locker number and I was given a locker up high (I am very Short) as a result I had to get your staff to help me put my bag in. When I returned to collect my bags I waited until your staff could help me get it out, which made me 5minutes late and I was charged another $5 to get my bag out. If I had of been given a locker on the bottom row I would not of had to wait so I was annoyed about that. |

Small bedroom but clean and confortable. Excellent staff. Location is on an alley which is rather dirty. Noises from the Club next door to the Hotel can be heard on Saturday Night. |

That it was within easy walking distance of the city itself as well as the city transit centre and that it was great value for money. |

Staff were very friendly, attentive and well-informed. Room perfect for what I required - a centrally located bed near transport (esp. Sky Bus), Ethihad Stadium and the city's bars and cafes I could hear beats from the music from the downstairs night club as I went to sleep. It wasn't too loud on the 5th floor, but I imagine on lower floors there is the potential for the music to be noisier. |

The location, friendliness of staff and convenience factor of having a room in the city for a few days I'm not sure if this is a standard issue with hotels nowadays, but it would be nice to open the windows and get fresh air in. |

Once I was orientated, I found it central to where I wanted to be. Not having access to broadband was a major pain for me. I was directed by a staff member to get a cable for connection but once I'd gone out, purchased and attempted to use was advised by another staff member that it won't work - and it didn't. |
