The Hotel is within 2 minutes of walking distance from the Victoria Market. Also it is quite convenient for us to go the city centre. The hotel may have to state clearly that costomer will be charged for the usage of safe deposit box in the room. 1 question I want to ask the management is that, "is this a budget hotel"? |

close to central melb, close to the fresh food markets, easy parking, no noise from outside traffic and friendly bar for a drink rooms were not that soundproof from noise in the hallway, we were kept awake by a party in another room, however when we rang management they were very quick to come up and stop the party. the airconditioner could not be turned down past 22 degrees so the room was a bit hot |

We stayed in 1 bedroom apartment with a sofa bed in the lounge and a kitchenette. Modernn, comfortable and clean. Loved that it was less than 5 minutes to Queen Victoria Market, and within walking distance to the city. |

the hotel was situated in a good position , close to the heart of melbourne which was very handy ,the security of the hotel was very good. being a visitor to victoria , I found there was not enough information about the city ,normally other hotels provide info in the rooms or in the lobby, mainly for perhaps overseas visitors it would be worth condidering, however over the four days we were awaken at 4am to evacuate , which was beyond your control , floor ten , in our room backs up to a night club with thumping music all hours of the morning , room 1012 had their music loud enough that we could hear it at the end of the passage , but no-one seem to mind ,room service was also not very good after waiting over an hour for a pizza , we rang to investigate and was told the pizza oven was broken ...we were compensated for breakfast , but generally the hotel was clean and tidy . |
