The location was the only convient fact during our stay, we feel the hotel was very over priced. The pricing was at the level with a luxury suite/spa. The food was excellent but we feel that the price was a bit to much, if a family was to eat breakfast, lunch & dinner it would be over $200.00 a day plus the cost of the room. For the price of the room there was nothing included, not breakfast, not a shuttle to the airport, very disappointed, next time we will check the calendar for the activities in the area. |

The assistant manager was extremely polite and helpful.The shuttle bus prompt and helpful. The furnishing downstairs shabby and a bit grubby.It was sunday evening and were sold wine by the glass opened Sat night . . .not fresh!! |

The ease of check-in/check-out, the resturant was very well priced and very nice food, Location is wonderful and easy to get to where I needed, The cocktails were amazing!!!! Great way to end a long day! The bed was a bit hard for my liking! |

Convenient to the airport but after waiting 45 minutes for the shuttle itwasnt convenient at all desk staff were polite and professional The wait staff were slow and innattentive. My medium steak was overly well-done but noone came by to Check. I had to get my own salt and pepper and water without question the worst service in five week in Australia |

Very friendly and accommodating staff. There were some problems with my reservation but the staff were professional, warm and understanding in helping me to resolve it. I was very impressed by the staff, particularly at reception. The $50 cash deposit was annoying and the charges for the hotel transfer to the airport were not clearly delineated in the information I received. |
