Ibis Sydney Airport  

Es muy cómodo el traslado del Aeropuerto al Hotel con el Super Shuttle. En el front desk son muy amables y tanto el check in como el check out es muy rápido. El restaurant la comida y la atención es buena, salvo que te quieras ubicar en la terraza del rest., Los mozos no te atienden, no están atentos a quien está sentado fuera. La habitación es muy práctica y también las instalaciones, lo que me parece que debería ser más barato por el tipo de hotel. Roberto de Argentina

The room was perfect for a one night stay prior to departure for a very long international trip the next day. I found the bed quiet, the bathroom excellent compared to others I spent time in while in Australia and the hotel relatively quiet. The free shuttle to the airport was most convenient. I think I would be inconvenienced for a longer stay because of the lack of drawer space and because we were a couple only one chair could have been a problem. Being from America we are not used to your prices so everything we saw or every place we tried to eat seemed unbelievably expensive. I would say you were generally comparable to the other three locations we visited during our stay. We found most restaurants far more expensive then your meals, but would have been helped by lighter fare in the early evening as we didn't want anything too heavy before our departure. I have already made positive and negative comments in the box above. Overall I think all of my dislikes are beyond your control and generally outweighed by the positive aspects of your facility.

Bathroooms of twin room, when we finally got a proper 2 bed room, were dreadful, water went everywhere and forced us to use your towells to mop it all up, it therefore made it very dangerous to walk on. Ridiculous design even for disabled people as the amount of water on the floors was extremely dangerous. Also it is time for a refurbishment window treatments etc are threadbear - not very appealing at all. Definitley only a one night stay hotel .

Location to the airport, we had to have our daughter there by 6am.

Bar staff who would rather be anywhere but there, 1 in particular. Very noisey airconditioner in the room but it was to hot with it off so had to leave it on and get very little sleep. I would have mentioned the aircon to the staff at check-out but didn't believe they would be able understand me.

I did not enjoy my stay there. I was ripped off, they took an extra $50.75 from my credit card, and I never purchased a thing. The porter didn't take my bags down to the reception thus I missed my shuttle bus and had to catch a taxi. I donot think I will stay or recommend that hotel to any one. I was very disappointed and thought it was over priced . I have sent an email to the hotel as I would like the money to be put back on my card

The ease of checking in. Excellent resturant services any time of day or night. Close to airport. good wakeup call for early flights. easy/quick checkout. No extras in fridge.Good saves time on check out.

Tariff perhaps a little high especially when converting to $NZ. No free Shuttle to airport.

Location next to the airport, very clean, friendly and modern. Liked the cubicle bathroom. Excellent restaurant.

Hard to find entrance due to traffic, entrance restricted by pickup vehicles
