The food was great

No free curtisy bus available to the air port for patrons.taxi charge to th edomestic is $15 to $20 for this short distance is too expensive. My next booking will have to include a curtisy bus.

It was within reasonable distance to the airport with a shuttle bus servicing surrounding hotels. There was a nice restaurant and bar with outside terrace, but also vending machines for snacks and drinks. The rooms were well equipped with hairdryer, ironing board, and tea/coffee facility.

There was an additional cost for the bus which was okay, but it's first pick-up was at 5am which was too late for my 6am departure. The taxi fair was $22 just to get to the airport that morning!

Good location close to airport friendly staff

We stayed at the Ibis because of the closeness to the airport & shuttle service to & from. We only stayed one night after flying in from Melbourne & catching another flight fairly early next morning. I would use this hotel again, the room was quiet & the dining room meals very good.

Efficient no frills no fuss, food was good!

Noisy

I liked that it was very clean, modern and had a really nice feel to the room. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Sydney or in transit through Sydney. Well Done. I was impressed.

Good location, close to the airport for an early flight. Rooms were clean and staff were attentive.

Your staff are, it seems, your best asset. I found them helpful, cheery and competent: I wanted for nothing and if it wasn't there, it was 'sorted out' for me very quickly. Give them a payrise when you can.

We had problems with the air conditioning system: Either too cold or too warm. We couldn't find a happy medium, but then again, we are Poms and not used to this kind of technology.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ibis and would recommend it to anybody looking for accommodation in Sydney. It is close to Mascott train station and both Airports. The staff at the Ibis were very pleasant and extremely helpful. The double room with ensuite that we stayed in were both clean, decent sizes and had everything we needed, Kettle, Hairdryer, Alarm. Our only complaint was not enough coat hangers but we consider that minor.

Location to domestic and international airports. Being able to get food and drinks in the hotel.
