The staff were very friendly and helpful........the rooms were nice and quiet. The airconditioning was very poor.............and i believe a better system should be in place to release the credit amount held on booking in, immediately when payment is made on departure.....Your motel left me with $1 in my account for 4 days and i had to phone them to bring it to their attention that they had held $361.00 of mine for an overnight stay that was only $162..........Luckily i had cash to fuel up my car for the 7 hour journey home. |

It is very close to Airport Terminals for travellers. Staff courteous and room comfortable and clean. Reasonable value for money. Carpets in public areas and passageways looked worn and dirty - need replacing |

Within walking distance of airport. Breakfast and the lady who was on duty for breakfast. There was only one person on the desk at peak times i.e checking out and checking in. We had the same lady for both checking in and checking out, her smile seemed to have gone missing..on both occasions. |

proximity to airport for early morning flights No shower cap even cheap motels at half the price provide these. The quality of the shuttlebus was poor torn seats and the bus driver did not say a word not even to ask which terminal we wanted luckily we went to the one we needed Qantas domestic. We were told we would have a Queens size bed but it was only a double. |

Very brief overnight stay travelling from Perth and onward flight home, checking in late evening and out in morning. Did not have a lot to do with Staff, but those we spoke to were polite and obliging. A little noisy in the morning - doors banging as people presumably left. Fridge noise in room. |

not a great deal formule1 much better and definately friendlier. would return. even paying bill not as booking page from you they charged my philippines credit card which cost me extra $40 in exchange rate. when I was told pay on arrival. where I had cash. |

wish there had been a gym. rooms were tiny but suffieceint for one-night stay. i wouldn't want to stay longer... the lobby/reception area is where the bar is...a little distracting to the customer. seemed like they needed a dedicated bar staff at busy reception times. |

shuttle availablitliy, proximity to airport, convenience to get into city via train I would have liked a shuttle bus timetable in my room to refer to. I would have liked a menu to read from paper rather than from the t.v. the menu went to quickly for me. |

We had a seven hour stopover at Sydney airport and the airport was chosen for its location and price alone. These and the comfortable bed were the only good points. Rooms very small and not too clean. It was a Saturday night and the bar was very noisy. |

Very efficient service and handy to the airport. The room temperature is too hard to adjust - cold with the a/c on and stiflingly hot with the a/c off as it is too noisy to open the window. With only a doona on the bed I was awake on and off all night. |

It was close to the airport. It had the facilities I needed and it had transport to and from the airport. This is the second time I have used this hotel this year prior to flying out of Sydney and I would use it again. At busy times there was not enough staff. Very well positioned for the airport but not much fun if you want to stretch your legs but that is in the nature of being near the airport. |

Price was reasonable. Desk staff bored and not helpful. After discussing the shuttle schedule and which one I should take, staff did not mention I had to purchase a ticket from them for the shuttle. When I met the shuttle, I had to return to the desk to purchase the ticket. Why couldn't staff sell me the ticket the first time? 24/7 takeaway food closed for at least one hour in the morning. |

Quiet. Bed confortable We would not stay at an Ibis again because of the unfriendliness and rudeness of the front staff. Traveling is stressfull enough without having to deal with those kind of people. |

convenience & most of the staff were helpful when asked apparent lack of security for vehicles in carpark. Even in a well lit area adjacent to main entrance from car park my vehicle was vandalised - senseless ! |
