Staff on reception were helpful and efficient. Ideal location in the city.

The cleanliness, especially of the bathroom and toilet. The size of the room was very compact and did not lend itself to other than short stay.

Handy to town, excellent front desk staff.

Room was smaller tha I expected. I needed to leave my bag at the hotel after check out for a couple of hours, so using the storage lockers in the basement was a ripoff at $7 for the day.

Location. There is a Cole's and a Nando's across the street and everything else in Sydney is a short walk - movies, Queen Victoria building, Woolies, Paddys market, Darling Harbour, etc

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, despite the central city location it was quiet (could be that I was on the 17th floor), the room was clean, bed was comfy, pillows were great - often you get those tired totally flat things masquerading as pillows, but at the Ibis they were soft, comfy and perfect - no sore neck or sore back!!!! SO close to shops, restaurants and everything! I am very happy with the stay overall.

It was centrally located and convenient to most places. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Room and bathroom were too small. No proper place for toiletires in the bathroom, very inconvenient. No complimentary breakfast.

Adequate for our purpose. Centrally located, lots of eating options close by.

Would have liked some cutlery, plates. Just a little bit more than tea making facility to enable snack consumption in the room.

Location location location. Perfect walking distance to the city centre, Circular Quay and the train station. Also very comfortable and everything you need for a city stay.

A bit pricey for such a simple place.

Front staff were over all very good. Location very handy to cbd.

Very expensive for what it is. Have stayed in 5 star hotels around the world that where far better and cheaper than Ibis.($953 For 3 nights). Thought it was on the nose that we had to pay a 1.5 % credit card fee and charged to leave 2 carry on bages in storage untill our 2.00pm pick up. Will find somewhere else to stay on next visit to Sydney.

Bathroom needs updating.

The staff were really nice and helpful and seemed really happy. The convenience of being so close to all kinds of shops and destinations. The choice of having a buffet breakfast.

We had to have an air-con machine coming from the vent in the bathroom, which made us unable to close the door fully.

Great location, we were staying in town for the Ed Sheeran concert. Close walking distance to the Entertainment Centre, and some great Irish Pubs.

Friendly and very helpful staff all round.

Requires some TLC and food bistro was non -existence.
