We've loved being out of the way of it all. Staying over the long public holiday weekend, everywhere was heaving, but this quiet woodland setting was away from it all. Exactly what we needed. The breakfast was amazing and we were made to feel very welcome and at home here. Lovely.
Peaceful tranquil . Option to relax on verandah . Pool spa . Friendly staff . Sumptuous breakfast
paid more money than was quoted---vat was added.
Eveything was just perfect and the breakfast was the best part

The calming atmosphere will have us returning when next we need accommodation near Busselton
The only negative was the "ARCTIC" pool.
The location was great, comfortable place and very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent. All round a great place to stay for a relaxing break.
Excellent facilities Friendly, proficient staff
Having to drive to places, but that is a function of the area so not really a negative.
the bed and room were good
had to pay for wifi
Staff and owners where very polite helpful and very nice. Guest house has lots of amenities that everyone can use at there leisure. A very nice place to stay ! You will not be disappointed. Will recommend this guest house to anyone. A 10 minute walk you can see loads of wild kangaroos they are such a delight to see, coming from England we do not get to see things like this unless in a zoo.
There was not a sign out side on the road advertising the hotel, but I understand that the local council will not allow this ! Shame on them.
Practically everything, excellent breakfast, welcoming staff and serene outlook. facilities apart from pool well thought out and comprehensive.
Pool area needs work, indoor pool too cold for comfort, general area a dead zone. Maybe soft piped music or small waterfall for ambience, pool definitely needs heating and spa needs to be spruced up. Neds a few touches to create a more upmarket space.
Location, friendly atmosphere, fantastic welcome, could not be more helpful, good breakfast
The peace and quiet and friendly staff
That we weren't there long enough '
We only spent one night, on arrival we were met by Peter the owner who introduced himself, a very quietly spoken but lovely gentleman. Peter gave us a tour of the facility whilst escorting us to our room. He explained they had upgraded us to this particular room room 1. The room was bigger than a double room, the bathroom very spacious,. Breakfast the following morning was freshly cooked to our requirements, Peter's wife Suzzane came and introduced herself as she was away when we arrived. Had we known what this little gem was like we would have booked a week. Definitely will be going back. Thank you Peter and Suzzane for your hospitality, it was 2nd to none.
to be truthful, nothing. couldn't fault it.
really enjoyable and hospitable accomodation and excellent value - Will make a point to stay there each time when travelling in the dunsborough /busselton area. The tranquility ,cleanliness and easy flow of the venue were important considerations . The on line presentation was first class . The service /complimentary breakfast&friendliness of the hosts .
there wasnt anything to complain about except that WI FI was part of the deal but unfortunately was not able to be used at his particular time
Set in a tranquil area of open woodland, the quiet, relaxed and informal atmosphere was perfect. The facilities are first class and the staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We would not hesitate to visit again.
We loved the exterior room with a view over the tuarts and the peacefulness of the area. Perfect distance from town. The breakfasts were beautiful. The owners and staff were very attentive. I have already I recommended the place to friends.
That we had to leave early on our last day and couldn't enjoy the beautiful breakfast. We loved everything else.
The owners, the staff, the facilities and the location.
Everything! Vary relaxed enjoying some cold ones on the pavilion. Chilled in the jacuzzi, cooled off in the pool, warmed up in the sauna and turned red hot in the room! Awesome brekkie to boot, will defo be back :D
