The peace and quiet and friendly staff
That we weren't there long enough '
We only spent one night, on arrival we were met by Peter the owner who introduced himself, a very quietly spoken but lovely gentleman. Peter gave us a tour of the facility whilst escorting us to our room. He explained they had upgraded us to this particular room room 1. The room was bigger than a double room, the bathroom very spacious,. Breakfast the following morning was freshly cooked to our requirements, Peter's wife Suzzane came and introduced herself as she was away when we arrived. Had we known what this little gem was like we would have booked a week. Definitely will be going back. Thank you Peter and Suzzane for your hospitality, it was 2nd to none.
to be truthful, nothing. couldn't fault it.
really enjoyable and hospitable accomodation and excellent value - Will make a point to stay there each time when travelling in the dunsborough /busselton area. The tranquility ,cleanliness and easy flow of the venue were important considerations . The on line presentation was first class . The service /complimentary breakfast&friendliness of the hosts .
there wasnt anything to complain about except that WI FI was part of the deal but unfortunately was not able to be used at his particular time
Set in a tranquil area of open woodland, the quiet, relaxed and informal atmosphere was perfect. The facilities are first class and the staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We would not hesitate to visit again.
We loved the exterior room with a view over the tuarts and the peacefulness of the area. Perfect distance from town. The breakfasts were beautiful. The owners and staff were very attentive. I have already I recommended the place to friends.
That we had to leave early on our last day and couldn't enjoy the beautiful breakfast. We loved everything else.
The owners, the staff, the facilities and the location.
Everything! Vary relaxed enjoying some cold ones on the pavilion. Chilled in the jacuzzi, cooled off in the pool, warmed up in the sauna and turned red hot in the room! Awesome brekkie to boot, will defo be back :D
Nice staffs and excellent cleanliness. yummy breakfast. it is a a peaceful place for relaxing
water in the jaguji is not hot enough and the bottom has sand. feel worried because not sure how often the water is changed.
The hosts, Suzanne and Peter, are lovely, very helpful and available without being obtrusive. Their local knowledge and recommendations meant we were able to visit attractions that were of interest to us, and a little bit off the "tourist trail".
If you want to start the day with a scrumptious breakfast, then this is Brekkie Central!! There has to be something for every possible taste, all served by the friendliest staff with a cheery smile and chat. Set in a lovely bushland setting, Inn the Tuarts Guest Lodge at Busselton is an absolute delight, as are Susanne and Pete.
Loved that it was easy to find and close to all the activities
For us we prefer eating early so would be nice to have breakfast from around 7am onwards
The peace and quite where wonderful. So relaxing and very comfortable
Cant complain about anything
We were not disappointed in any way with our visit. Everything about Inn The Tuarts lived up to expectation and the reviews that have already been written. Peter and Suzanne are great people who know their business and respond to your every request.
The odour of chlorine bleach in the room was a discomfort to my wife, however, Suzanne explained that as our room had special bathroom tiling this was a mandatory requirement.
Lovely food Great location
Poor sound proofing between rooms
Our Studio suite was well laid out, very comfortable and tastefully decorated. In house takeaway is a great idea, and the food was very good. The breakfast which was included in the tariff was plentiful well cooked and served with a smile! Our hosts were friendly and took the time to chat to us before we left which was a nice personal touch. Well worth a visit.
my wife and I enjoyed the peace and tranquillity of the place, the owners Suzanne and peter made our stay a pleasure and comfortable time. thank you both .
Very nice stay, comfortable, relaxing and very nice hosts serving a great breakfast
Light in bathroom not giving enough light for a shave
service peaceful location being able to dine in a well presented dining area. bed , frame and linen. great block out curtains .
could not up the speed of the ceiling fan. could not find the ac controller , was set on warm , I wanted cool. Kept tripping on the raised runner , in the door way leading into the kitchenette , bathroom. Would have liked more comfortable couch like chairs. Would have loved to used the bath. Easier access to rooms without having to walk through the premise would have been nicer.
My husband surprised me with a weekend at Inn the Tuart guest lodge to celebrate our 30th anniversary ... The drive down those massive tall trees in the Forrest prepared us for a tranquil weekend! We were so warmly welcomed by Peter and Suzanne, they felt like life long friends .. Peter showed us around and how everything works and made us feel at home! The next morning's breakfast and the rest if the meals were so DELISH and the little extra's like the little chocolates and the complimentry soap etc were real quality products. In our previous travels, where we were supplied with these, it felt like they were inferior products, just for the sake of having them as marketing? The grounds and gardens are kept nice and neat and it was an extra special treat to sit outside our room and watch and listen to the birds! We also enjoyed the jacuzzi, sauna and crisp blue swimming pool! We really felt so rejuvenated when we left on Monday morning, and have already decided to re visit them and to take our children with!
The rooms were comfortable and clean and very welcoming. The location was lovely and peaceful and easy for town and the beach. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice and good quality food. Lovely hosts who were very knowledgeable.
Location deal for day tripping, room and facilities excellent. Staff very friendly, helpful and polite. Meal were great and overall value for money.
Nothing I can think of.
Lovely room with comfortable bed. The owners, Peter & Suzanne, are very welcoming and freindly with good knowledge of surrounding areas.
Location was quiet and tranquil.
Great hosts as a business traveller accommodation was much better than your average hotel. The breakfast was sensational and the pre packaged gourmet dinners were terrific extremely good value. Thoroughly recommend.
Nothing great alternative to staying in hotel room great value
Friendly homely atmosphere all around.
