Comfortable hotel. Friendly staff and clean rooms

Waiting over half an hour for soft poached eggs for breakfast and needing to provide a reminder.

Great place on the main route. Next to a major shopping mall so easy walk.

We had to walk in our swimmers through the dining area to get a towel for the pool. It was quite a walk from the car park to the rooms, great for exercise for younger ones but would be a bother for the older person. :-}

really plush hotel, pleasantly surprised, chilled out & relaxed, only stayed one night as we were traveling through ( would of stayed longer) checked out after lovely breakfast but stayed & used the pool most of the morning. don`t pass this one up !

Staff were obliging I just like the Motel

Room did not comply with my request I travelled with my elderly mother and requested a room to suit and twin beds Staff accomodated me on arrival to some degree but I will be more specific in my requests so has taught me a lesson

Service,location,pool and dinners were all good

The staff were just excellent

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We had our toddler with us and he loved it.

One negative was the cleaner putting a dirty towel in our room. The reception staff were great though.

$114 for room was OK but I was charged $124 but $19 for continental breakfast and credit card charges 1.5% was OK Bill Totalled $145 My Web booking www.booking.com, 3 days earlier had not been received by Reception. I forwarded my copy of the booking direct to hotel. Waiting for reply to my email.

It is very relaxing and friendly, food is great and just love staying at Mercure.

Quality hotel classy clean and very well layed out. Rooms large. Special discount price was a great incentive

We really like the area out the back of the rooms (the grass area overlooking the lake). The kids were able to play out on the grass; and didn't have to be cooped up in the room ...
