Clean, comfortable unit. Very friendly, co-operative and helpful staff, particularly when we left a blanket behind and the staff arranged to return it by mail.

I didn't like that reception hours were from 7am-7pm and we arrived at 6.40 and reception was shut. I didn't like the fact the restraurant was closed because the chef simply didn't show for work, hence no room service as advertised.

We arrived late and realised 1 bed was broken, unfortunately 1 family member could not sleep that night. Reported the next day but no relief on the cost was offered or given.

The shower was mouldy! The bathroom vanity falling apart due to water the smell of the place like dirty feet! Wasn't cleaned properly which I reported and was told they had gotten rid of some cleaners due to there not doing the job properly. The glass wasn't cleaned the tracks very dirty fridge not wiped out. Big sliding door wouldn't open or close properly. If the manager knew the units were not cleaned they should have been re done. I will not stay there again very disappointed for a quick getaway. Regards Pamela nix

It was a beautiful place to stay.

Very clean and tidy rooms. On-site restaurant, pool. Our room backed onto bushland view.

Car needed to get into Forster itself. No microwave or cooking facilities other than jug and toaster.

Found the staff very helpful & friendly. Restaurant very good all in all a very nice experience. Loved the breakfast also enjoyed be able to watch Foxtel

A whole list: the room stank to start off with, the fan of the bathroom was working. The bathroom was not just old but also needed a lot of fixing and upgrading. There was no cutlery,no plates and a limited amount of cups and glasses, which almost forced you to have your breakfast outside. We booked a twin room for four people, but had only three chairs to sit on. On top of that we could hear every single thing our neighbors did and said. (Including having showers and flushing toilets, and no they weren't talking loud.) The pool was extremely dirty. To come back on the cleaning... After two days when I was looking for my thongs I found an old kfc box under the bed. There is no kfc anywhere near Forster, and we figured out that the kfc closed down at least half a year ago in Forster... So how long ago was it since they cleaned under the bed??? Don't really want to think about it anymore!!!

Th pool wasn't clean

Location easy to find. Clean, comfortable beds, plenty of room for luggage, microwave provided.

Freezer needed defrosting. Needs better lock on the sliding screen door so can have glass door open for fresh air as no other windows.

The carpet in our room is ready to be changed! so old that it " feels" dirty.

Great location, close to shopping centre And beaches/lakes.. Very friendly staff, would stay again!

Staff were helpful and efficient. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Easy parking and access to centre. Would stay here again.

Island staff were very good and friendly

The room was very dated and in poor condition with the exception of bed. Security for sliding door was a piece of timber that had to be placed into the rails to lock the door. The bathroom was the worst with the front of the vanity missing except the top leaving the spar pump exposed and a box of tiles in a rotting box, food under the vanity (grapes) as well a frogs in the bathroom(I suppose thats what they call eco friendly). Overall the room was crap! And not worth the money at all. Staff were unable to do anything as they just work there.

Clean and comfortable, family owned, good sized rooms. Toaster was helpful.

Need to drive to get to town/beaches.
