It was close to work Affordable Spacious Staff upon check in were friendly and eager to please Neat & practical
Check out staff not so friendly 10,00 am check out Walls very grubby Not enough toliet paper only half roll had to go to continence store after midnight as couldn't find any anywhere.
just about everything - parking was easy, location was great, skyview balcony was excellent, size of apartment was good
Lack of basic toileteries, (tissues, shampoo, conditioner)
The pool with a partial glass bottom looking down 5 storeys was fun. Staff were pleasant. Enclosed balcony was a good design and an asset as we only had a compact 2 bedroom apartment.
Our apartment was showing a lot of wear and tear for its age..... Dings in the wall, and grubby walls, and stained carpet. Shower was the type that was like standing under a tap. And the bathroom really needed an exhaust fan. Quite noisy with Friday night revellers in that part of town. The wait for a lift was excruciating at times : over 10 minutes one day. Although the apartment slept 3, there was only indoor seating for 2. Enough crockery etc though.
Location was convenient
Extreme traffic noise from bedroom window that didn't close properly. Vertical blinds had no affect on preventing sunlight and when i asked for a late checkout they responded with a definate no, then followed up with, yes we can for a extra $50.
Check in was quick and easy, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was modern, clean and well presented. The enclosed balcony was a definite highlight and very comfortable.
There wasn't much to complain about other than the Foxtel had minimal channels to watch and no air conditioning in the bedroom, only in living room.
This was a great apartment. We had a 2 bedroom on the 13th floor so also had lovely views of the city. It was clean, modern and comfortable. Best thing was it was close to the Adelaide markets - they are amazing - fresh food, under cover and so many different stalls to choose from. Coles was next to the markets and within an easy walk to the apartment. Recommended.
Onsite parking. Good bed, proximity to CBD, friendly helpful staff.
The electric stove was cracked
Everything. Shower 'rose' gave a good shower. Husband enjoyed Fox Sports. Lift to car park.
Cant think of anything.
Very private and good costumer service. I forgot my jeawaly from my grandmother give it to me and i rang the hotel to find out for me. Now they sent to my home and cost nothing. Thank you so much for my first time in Adelaide and i will going back soon. High recommend.
Have to go back to work.
close to shops and restaurants
Location, value for money, security
The bed was so comfortable and and room was decorated very modern
I can't complain about anything
Perfect for a smoker. Very clean and comfortable.
Not enough known eateries for the area and yet there were quite a few available after we walked around for ourselves.
Professional and helpful staff, secure, clean and new. Well located.
Quiet and comfortable. Clean and serviced everyday. Nice leisurely walk into the city.
The fact that you had to pay for basic toiletries, eg soap shampoo and conditioner. Thought that was really stingy, they should be provided everyday not just on the first nights stay. It's very often the small touches that make a difference!!!!
Spacious room and balcony
Air-conditioner was out of order! When we entered into the room, it was like a sauna room because the air-conditioner was giving out hot air. As told by the duty manager, the housekeeping should turn on the air-conditioner if the day is hot. Unfortunately, it's out of order and released hot air. What made us mad was the staff's attitude, totally denying a problem with the air-conditioner...
not enough mirrors
I like the facilities and the staff the location was not so bad just at the end of the town but it's good as it is near Henely Street, generally a good place
The fact that it was on the end of the city not middle as
Modern fixtures Open spaced room Great shower head pressure Clean large bathroom Clean modern kitchen
Location was on the university side of Adelaide CBD. It was a good 15 minute walk to go CBD and/or Chinatown. Pool and spa looked over used and dirty and is located in the building next door. Parking spots were limited even if we pre booked them weeks before. Also, entry was difficult, the first night office ran out of parking keys so we had to keep calling the front desk to open the garage. Kitchen lacked in kitchen ware. No laundry detergent is provided even though there is a laundry facility. Tried using the dryer and it was extremely loud so didnt use it. Couch was itchy. Maybe another couch would've been good as we had four people in the apartment. Carpet had stains. Front desk staff were unreliable and some unfriendly. Like they didnt care for their customers. In the 2 bedder apartment only main bedroom and lounge area had an airconditioner. The second room has a ceiling fan. It did the job, but if you have kids it could be dangerous. Street traffic is loud you can hear it inside the apartment. It wouldve been good if reception mentioned there was construction out front, could hear them drilling at 6am.
The view was excellent
We were not instructed about using lifts how to enter the building where to park how to enter and exit the carpark., very hard to do without a remote which we weren't given. Front door to apartment whistled like a boiling kettle if it wasn't sealed just right. No free wifi was disappointing.
the location and the helpful and friendly staff
pool steam room kitchenette well stocked
needed freshening up
The location, unit space and balcony view were all excellent.
My husband didn't like being on the 18th floor but I loved it - the view was fantastic!
