The apartment was clean. David was exceptional and accommodating of our needs. Remembered our names and was always helpful. The location is great and not far away from all the action but in a quiet spot which was great. Loved it, loved it, loved it.

Nice and bright apartment. Nice view. Huge living room and terrace. Much better than three separate hotel rooms when traveling with friends.

We loved the front desk, David and Jolette. They were wonderful to us and our little baby, and we enjoyed our stay very much because of them. They helped us book our tours and gave us suggestions of where to go, and even had a few baby toys we could have in our apartment for our baby to play with during our stay. We also had great wifi in the apartment, an awesome view, and the furnishings and kitchen supplies were clean and nice. I would definitely stay here again.

David was a great source of information and assistance

Unfortunely the wharf terminals are being built opposite.

The friendly staff really did EVERYTHING they could to make our stay enjosble. They were very helpful, nothing was a problem, they accomodated us in every way no matter what was asked of them. Very enjoyble and relaxing, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I will be back next year. Thanks guys. Cheers Tracey

The constructio9n across the road 6 days a week was a little noisy but we have to live with PROGRESS everywhere!

Spacious rooms very modern apartment with sweeping views. Perfect to just chill out in or close to all the action if you want to get out. The managers David & Joelette Murray could not of been more helpful to make our stay an enjoyable experience. Will be back and will be recommending as the place to stay when in Cairns.

Our stay was incredible from even before we got there. I needed help with another room in Cairns and David was a huge help and very friendly. That service continued when we checked in with David and throughout our stay. Our room had a spectaular view from a huge balcony and plenty of room.

Location and facilities are a must for a young family traveling for a short break.

Staff was knowledgeable and accomodating to all of our request. David (the manager) was great with all of our request and was a big help in selecting and booking our daily activities. Room was spacious and clean and ideal for a family with 3 boys running around

设施齐全的厨房，酒杯，锅子，茶杯，盘子，基础调料一应俱全，酒店老板还帮我们订出租，订出行船只，还给了- 10%和15%不等的折扣。房间景色非常好，正对大海，太喜欢了，价格也便宜

不给换浴巾，让我们自己洗，不过经过交涉还是给了。厨房油烟机坏了。

建物の、すぐそばにハーバーと川があり、大型客船がゆっくり通り、対岸には熱帯雨林と、ロケーションは最高- でした。駅や、ショッピング店などにも、徒歩十分以内でいけるのでとても便利です。室内は、アジアテイスト- の、内装で調度品など落ち着いた感じが良かったです。余談ですが、フロントの叔父さんは志村けんに似てます- 。

室内に、金庫がなくチェックイン前に、フロントに預けたらデスクの下に、置かれました。帰ってきた時フロン- トには、だれもおらず、貴重品もそのまま放置！これって何？とびっくりです。 三日間滞在しましたが、リネンの交換もゴミの片付けもなく、洗濯機があるので自分でしろってことなのかと感- じました。ブッキングコムで高評価だったけど日本のホテルに慣れてる方には、オススメできないです。

地点不错，房间挺大，服务还不错

这个酒店象私家酒店。住了三晚，只见过一个服务员，据说他也是经理。酒店设施较老，洗碗机里一股怪味，餐台- 上有蚂蚁。而且海景房只能看到巴掌大的海景，还不如不定海景房，还可省点钱。

中心街まで近く，また，ベイエリアへのアクセスも良好。部屋の中も大変清潔で，小さい子ども連れの良好には- 十分すぎるくらい。テラスからの眺めも最高。そして何より，オーナーさんの人柄が素晴らしく，親身になって- たくさんの情報を集めてくれたり，子どもが部屋で遊ぶおもちゃを貸してくれたりと，温かく接してくれた。こ- れまで経験した宿泊施設の中でもベスト３には入るもので，間違いなく，またの機会には利用したいと考えてい- る。 素晴らしい旅行をありがとう！！

11/18～11/24まで、家族で滞在しました。　night market、スーパー等の市中心部、桟橋、カジノまで徒歩数分と立地最高でした。　また、部屋は 充分広く備え付けの家具、カトラリーも充実しており、広さ十分のバルコニーでの朝日を浴びての朝食は格別で- した。 　夫婦と娘一人で2bed roomの部屋を利用しましたが、少し優雅にゆったりと過ごすには最適なアパートでした。 　インターネット接続が無料というのも大きな利点です。 　到着翌日に娘が日本から合流するために空港に04:00に迎えに行きましたが、レセプションでのアドバイス- は、所要時間等々丁寧で助かりました。

空港でレンタカーを借りて、向かいましたがホテルのようにサイン等なく、 見つけるのにすこし手間取りました。 　キャンセルポリシーは、予約時点で100%チャージとのことでしたが、これには少し躊躇しました。（実際は- 、20%（？）チャージでチェックイン時に残りチャージでしたが）
