Toilet door could not close or open properly, and it appears it has been like this for a long time. The dirt around the top of the door was disgusting.

the bad things about staying there was finding broken tiles in the shower and only had one face washer and two towels and a bath mat in our room

The reception staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The motel was also very convenient for a short bus ride into the city which was a great bonus having driven the Ocean Road from Melbourne.

Not enough car parking. unclean bathroom facilities. noisy neighbouring rooms - no-one at reception desk to contact after 11pm. old, worn & torn furnishings in room. I will not stay at Jacksons in the future.

budget priced. Plenty of off street parking. Good location for me.

No free WI--FI in the rooms, so only one shared computer for 42 rooms.

Price, I needed to stay overnight to get to some shops not open on Sundays, so It was good for the price The first room they gave me wasn't made up from the previous persons stay but they changed me to another room without a problem

Well the fridge needed a good defrosting, and the shower rose needs a plumber. Nothing major to dislike

Our room was in need of a rejuvenation ie: needed painting decor tired no where to make toast cup of tea at same time even though kettle toaster microwave supplied and worked Housekeeping tardy towells not replaced. Lack of pride in motel surrounds quite untidy.

No room to park the car.

Everything. The room was old and tired. The drapes were ripped. The paint work was cracked. The sofa was dirty and ripped. There was no bath mat. The smoke detector was broken. When we arrived back late on Friday night, there were no parking spaces. On check-in, we found it very difficult to communicate, due to the lack of English spoken by the staff. The grounds were untidy and unkempt and in need of a good gardener, around the pool especially. The photos online are misleading. There is no possibility of recommending this accommodation to anyone else. We liked Adelaide, but not the accommodations.

The best deal in town. Have stayed there before in the more luxurious suits. Magnificent.

Ventillation in the older cheaper area is almost non existent. But still the cheapest available.

Huge cracks in every wall, felt dirty, the shower head was split and flooded the bathroom, too expensive for a very poor and run down hotel.
