Lovely spot had a very relaxing time, we stayed in the surf side villa 31 and now have booked 4 days over the Christmas holidays as we enjoyed it so much and taking all the family. The perfect place for the family and so close to the beach. The villa was not clean and windows could not been seen out of epically in the top bedroom area and very dusty, it needed a good thorough clean from top to bottom inside and out. The veggie peeler was worn out and the lack of good sized pots and pans also plastic cups and plates for children would be handy to. There was not enough coffee and sugar provided for our stay.

Spacious open planned apartment. Good pool areas. Only 5 minutes from Rainbow Beach town. We reported a fault with the toilet that caused it to run continuously and loudly, reported it to the receptionist who told me the maintenance staff would fix it and it didn't get fixed. At night you could hear the toilet running constantly.

greaat for families We had 4 families all up and 2 units were air cond and the other wasnt. That was my unit. Not Happy Mozzies everywhere

I liked the area and the set up and location. The place was run down. Toilet light not working twice, both bedroom door broken, window didn't lock, power went out. Asked for pool view and faced tennis courts.

We went to have some peace and quiet and it was the noiseiest place I have ever stayed. It was a horrible stay I had to complain about the noise it was like staying in the middle of an industrial estate. The cleaning staff were noisy when changing the room next door, the gardeners where using blowers outside the bedroom for over an hour early on a sunday morning. The toilet leaked and there was water poolingn on the floor we had to leave towels down on the floor to avoid slipping on the tiles.

Close walk into town. The pool was not in action. I said I had a new baby and unfortunately we stayed on the second floor which was a trouble with the pram. We did not have a bath for our baby.
