The cost

The Room Service supplier. Food was almost inedible. Should consider other supplier.

The breakfast at the cafe was good. The room was comfortable. The hotel is centrally located. Liked being able to open the window.

The hairdryer stopped working in the middle of drying my hair. Poor lighting - difficult to read or work. The light in the bathroom badly placed behind you - so casts shadows in the mirror.

The location

The fact I was there for 3 nights and my room was not serviced in this time. When calling reception I was told "we only service rooms every 2 days" and "I should have placed a sign on the door indicating I want my room serviced" not industry standard not good enough nor was the broken uncomfortable bed.

We like the location as it is not in the middle of the city and a little quieter at night, It is not far from the Trams and an easy walk into Bourke Street,

Perfect location. Friendly and very helpfull staff. Clean , modern and comfortable room.

The food

That we were not informed that it did not serve evening meals and there was hardly anywhere open on sunday night when we arrived and the person on reception sent us in a certain direction where there was nothing and it is not fund walking around hungry after a long flight and not being able to find a suitable meal.

Outstanding location. Excellent staff and facilities. Would certainly stay there again and will definitely recommend the hotel to all friends and work colleagues visiting Melbourne. By far one of the best accommodations I gave stayed at.

Location. Close poximity to meeting venue and the Victoria market for a bit of gourmet shopping.

Room safe and comfortable. Bed and pillows great. Bathroom presentable however water in basin would not go down unless I held the plug Staff extremely friendly at reception and helpful

As above a pleasant place to stay wher I felt comfrotable and secure as a single traveller.

Well appointed hotel centrally located for the amenities of Melbourne.

car parking was a problem and perhaps the hotel could offer subsidised parking at the nearby multi storey.

Interior design

My room service meal was excellent. I loved the view from my 7th floor room and nearby lobby.

I didn't like the hair dryer stopping halfway through using it. I didn't like the food at our training or my breakfast in the adjoining cafe.

Das Hotel ist soweit ganz o.K nur extrem laut, die Straßenbahn und der Verkehr ist wegen der schlechten Fenster im 8 Stock so laut als läge man auf der Straße.

Location was great and convenient to hire car location

It was clean and convenient to shopping and transit. The rooms were well lit, which was not our experience in other hotels in Australia.

The area of town was somewhat questionable (near pawn shops and other low end retail).
