The soap dispenser was empty. They didnt bother refilling.

It was comfortable and cheap .

location, huge towels

traffic noise, not self contained (dishes, cutlery), no pool, expensive

The spa. Staff were friendly and helpful

It needed more cutlery and plates as all it had were teaspoons and cups

very glad about the complimentary internet. it was quite fast too.

little bit overpriced for 1 night, esp since you can get a very nice apartment for 1 night down the coast for the same price.

Easy to find and get to , suited my Friends party location.

You are met by very friendly staff, plus the fax I recieve a email from the motel before leaving home. telling me they are looking foreward to our visit, I have not got that before.

It was a great location close to shops and dining out. The room was very nice and clean and the staff where very helpful and friendly. Would stay with you again and let my family and friends know how good our stay was. Thanks.

The only problems was the tv in our room wasnt tuned into all channels. This did make it hard to find something suitable for young children.

Convenient location near my granddaughter's home

it was well located as far as shops, main roads, family and facilities is concerned. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The restaurant delivers to your room and the food was good. The office is attended from 7am to 9pm which was great from a service point of view/

It did not have gluten free food options for celiacs.

Very nice, this is the third time we have stayed here. Nice & friendly and very convenient to visit family.

Clean & sleek modern

I found it was greaat, did have a few issues I rang up reception and let them know I had cockoroaches and husmans in my room. Just have I killed them and he couldnt do anything for me..

Had to walk upstairs with bags.

Prachtige grote kamers met alle gemakken en grote bedden. Mooie ruime badkamer. Alles is nieuw en modern.

The staff were extremely helpful in providing local information. The meals were superb. Staff were friendly and happy.

we love that its close to everything, my kids have never been to a motel and the had a great time, so thank you again

the dripping tap, in the bathroom. They need to be check as we need to save water.

Rooms were great, service friendly and food was nice.

The motel is situated one major road with no sound protection and was very noisy with traffic.

Attended family get together in Greenbank & this was closest motel @ 20 minutes away. Only used as bed for night. Location very close to major shop centre -useful for supplies & breakfast

Had family room with adult daughter in separate bed in same room. Prefer one bedroom with sofabed or two bedroom configuration but option wasn't available
