They had a function on at restaurant no parking left for motel guests plenty of signage to indicate parking for guests only - totally ignored finally parked our car inside motel at 11pm up until then was parked on footpath out the front of the motel

Convenient location

* Free car parking. * Continental breakfast included in price. * Bed comfortable.

* Room was meant to be non-smoking but had a very strong stale smoke smell which was very offensive and so the room felt unclean!! * Large spider web in bathroom window and stains on tiles. Decor very dated. * Only one thin/worn towel provided per person. * Noisy at times- could hear people/cars in the morning in the carpark and road traffic noise. * No bolt/chain on the inside of the door- I would have felt quite unsafe there if I was on my own! * Had to drag heavy suitcases upstairs ourselves. There does not seem to be a lift and if there was one staff did not inform us of it.

The staff were friendly. The check in/out was efficient. The bar and restaurant were very good.

The noise from the Pacific Highway.

The friendly welcome when we arrived. The quality of the meals in the Restaurant. Although it is on the Highway, we did not hear any traffic. The Manager was very efficient controlling a group of teenagers, who were staying with their parents and who were running around at 10.00pm disturbing the guests.

The bed was too hard.

Stayed for 5 nights and they could not get the room phone to work during the entire stay. The rooms were not very clean.

I loved the size of the room. the outlook from the windows was lovely and I didn't realise I was on a main road. The bed was extremely comfy. Linen was fresh and fresh.

The cleaning standard was average. The hand basin design allows water to fall between the sink and the wall, this was not cleaned daily and it is easy for mould to build up. The shower screen was not cleaned everyday and soap scum was built up. The sheets didn't cover the matteress.

It was very nice coming back to the room late at night to find the bed made

There was a lot of street noise and the door rattled

Could not fault anything. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent dining and cheff (Cook). Stay there anytime.

Convenient position for us.

i liked the staff being so courteous as there was 7 of us including children, the staff were friendly not put out by all of us in one group as some hotels are.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was spotless and quite large. Railway station was only 5 minute walk down the road.

The room was very overpriced for the standard and it was not particularly clean.

Only that my email regarding lost property wasn't repsonded too, and when I finally spoke to someone to check, the room had been turned over three times so my item was well and truly gone.
