The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The toilettes are large.

The backpacker wasn't very clean. The 2 computers in the lobby were almost always busy.

Wish I was younger and single, would be a great place to met girls and go party, possibly the best location in city close to train, bus etc and nightclubs/ pubs.

Backpackers are always a hard place to get a good night sleep with others snoring and coming and going, but that's just how it is.

Not the most clean or maintained backpackers, but then again it is a backpackers.

Staff at reception was nice and assisting especially Dennis. The room and toilet were clean. We asked for mixed dorm but were given a private room instead due to some mix up but anyway we were charged with the same dorm price.

Clean & friendly, it's what I had hoped for.

My booking was lost so I had to pay an extra $34 for the night. I gave my paperwork to receptionist on visit a few days earlier who said it wuld be entered on system for my stay on 6th May. When I arrived on Sunday night they had no knowledge of this. I am a 58 year old lady and I was put in a filthy and untidy room with 2 younger people who forced me to use upper bunk. They were so noisy I could not get any sleep and left at 4am.

地点不错，离南十字星车站很近，走路5分钟左右就到了。前台的员工态度也很好。

入住当晚刚好是星期六，不知道是不是因为这个原因，半夜外面还很吵，像开party一样。隔音也很不好，半- 夜隔壁的人回来讲话的生意听得很清楚。再加上同房的两个人一个半夜一点多回来，另一个四点才回来，根本睡不- 着。 还有一点就是房间的门锁坏了，不用钥匙都能打开，里面有一个locker也坏了，想把包锁进去都锁不了。很- 没有安全感。

房間街生不錯，天天都有人打掃衛生。而且天天都有早餐供應，在特定日子更會有其他食物

外面及common room有時會太吵，在房內都能聽到，會影響睡眠

Nur fuer Backpacker bis max. 27 J geeingnet. Im Aufenthaltsraum staendig Party, laut. Toiletten/Dusche dreckig, nur mit Badeschuhen zu betreten.

职员态度不错，也就只有这点好了。

设备老旧，卫生间特别差，房间连风扇都没有（夏天），更别说空调。我住过许多的背包客酒店，这是我认为性价- 比最低的一个。

I bagni pessimi sporchi però se è solo per qualche notte va benissimo...

Hot & stuffy. No Air Con or opening windows. Mattress old & sagged in middle. Very uncomfortable stay when hotter inside then outside and no air circulating. Melb +35c both days of stay.

Location, great staff, price

Location. Very close to the main rail station

Noisy, thin walls so you can hear everything going on inside as well as outside. Bathrooms and communal areas unclean. Some staff quite rude. Wifi doesn't work in bedrooms. Hot, sweaty and smelly

The showers were fantastic and my favourite part of my stay. It was reliably hot and the water pressure is fantastic. There was a male staff who is always ready with a smile and for a spot of laugher. He really helped to put the backpacker spirit into the place. I've never been a backpacker so it was a fantastic experience.

The lack of elevators, though I'm not sure this can be resolved considering the constraints. It was a nightmare climbing four stories with a 30kg baggage!

Room window is blocked by partition, therefore air ventilation is bad toilet is not clean

It's well located. Just 2 minutes from the train station, although the area is not that safe at nigh. I've been to better backpackers hostels, but I guess that's the standard in Australia
