Cancellation
If cancelled or modified up to 8 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of AUD 30.00 will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first two nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged AUD 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged AUD 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

At the Southern Gateway to the Gold Coast the are two large shopping centres and offer a wealth of restaurants and cafes along the beach front of Coolangatta. To the north and Hinterland, within 20 – 30 minutes are some spectacular beaches and a wide range of natural features, National Parks and Rainforests.
A further host of attractions are also available including Gold Coast Arts Centre, Oasis Shopping Centre, Conrad Jupiters Casino, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Convention and Exhibition Centre.
