旅店非常清洁舒适,特别适合家庭旅游.最重要的是旅店老板Andy非常热情. 通过旅店可以订一切旅游活动, 不但价格与市场一致, 而且老板提供免费的接送服务. 我们去绿岛和回机场都是 Andy送我们过去的.

The reception staff, friendly, helpful, always pleasant

Andy and Ruth were lovely and very helpful. The location is quite nice...not too far away from most things, yet secluded enough to be quiet. A peaceful and relaxing stay!

I thought the facilties were excellent, and had no hidden charges, which we very much appreciated. Andy and Ruth were such a lovely couple, very friendly and incrediblyy helpful in any thing we asked of them. I've tried to put comments on the website so others can see just what good value for money Koala Court apartments are! Please pass on our comments to Andy and Ruth. I wouldnt hesitate to stay there again. Well done you guys!!

It was a bit of a walk from town is my only negative thought. However there is an excellent bus service, so not too much of a problem

The woners were really helpful, wait till you get there to book any day trips, they do it fromthere. Nothing was too much fuss for them, very friendly and relaxed. The accomadation was very nice and clean and well set out to travelw ith teenagers. Good 15 walk to main street and only a 10 dollar at tehmost taxi ride home at night.

The owners were kind enough to allow us to leave all of our gear in our unit without charge when we went out to the reef on an overnight trip. They saw our kids in the pool and immediately offered them some pool toys. The unit was very spacious and met the needs very well for our family with three older teenagers.

The staff went out of their way to help us.

we cannot speak to highly of both the comfort of the accommadation and the professoinal and welcoming attitude of the staff. although there is not much chance, should we cever visit cairn again we would surely return to koala ourt margaret and bill rose- norfolk- england

The mattres are too old & there is not enough lighting in the lounge room when it's getting dark.
