Loved the unit it was clean & Modern. Pool was excellent and secure parking ideal.
Position good - although traffic noise at times troublesome... Lovely large balcony - which I didn't actually use as I was on my own - but would have been fabulous for a crowd!!
No hairdryer No kitchen towels either washing up or drying!!
As we didn't have a car, easy walk into Burleigh Heads and Tallabudgera Creek (great swimming) Bus stop is close by but we didn't use it as we were there to visit friends who had a car. Had massive breakfast in cafe behind units for $12.00 ..good value and great atmosphere ...
For last minute bookings on the Gold Coast I think we were very lucky. Apartment 5 had a massive balcony area. However, no view really except of the main GC highway which was a bit noisy when outside only. The kookaburras and lots of birds still visited .
Totally I satisfie it n great service as well. The manager, Jodi, was so kind and showed us very comfortable hospitality which made me n kids very happy n safe.
Size of apartment.
Noise from Gold Coast motorway. No onsite reception.
.Very clean & tidy .everything worked .Very comfortable but beds could have more pillows
.No-one to help carry luggage especially when with elderly mother & myself who is partially disabled .Shower & main bathroom tiles VERY slippery-unsafe when wet .Traffic very noisey .Slite step-up from kitchen to bathroom- dangerous .No salt or sugar
Very pleased with the space of the apartment and the price the staff were very helpful. Will holiday here again.
I don't know what happened. When we turned up our apartment was not ready as the booking had been misplaced. Sorry, have nothing nice to say because we had to stay elsewhere and the trip was severely disrupted.
Our stay wasn't a peaceful one as there was the continuous traffic noise from the Highway, we were also woken up early every morning by noise and chatter from the cafe immediately behind the apartments. Plus, we never found the location of reception or a manger.
Stayed for a week. Had a rental car so the secure parking was great. Walked the B.heads Park again great. Comfortable stay at good value. Grandaughter loved the pool. Beats staying in Surfers and away from the schoolie action. The Hidden Perks cafe next great food great prices breakfast :) oh yeh and they have wifi Summing up we had a great stay at good value
a bit of noise with the doors open but if you want quiet book farm stay at back of bourke. I've been in high rise at surfers that are noisier, no wifi but we knew that and there are other options. Go next door for a coffee
Whilst it was close to the road the traffic noise was well muffled, the location was perfect to walk the national park, to the beach and to stockland shopping complex or to use public transport.
We were in unit 8 and the underground car park was very tight to negotiate, but that on the scheme of things was minor, we would certainly return.
Fairly well equipped and spacious unit that is so close to the National Park and a conservation area both offering several walking or running trails suited me.
Traffic noise coming from the Gold Coast Highway.
The unit itself was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped.
The bathrooms and toilets were dirty when we arrived. The mismatched linen on the beds and stained Doonah cover was a turn off. The cafe at the back of the units ensured that you were woken up very early. The traffic noise meant you had to keep the sliding door closed just so you could hear the TV. There was no DVD player as advertised. The fridge/freezer was dirty inside.
Location, size of apartment, it's facilities and helpful management>
Spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Excellent kitchen facilities and not too far from the heart of the action.
The cutlery needed a clean before use.
Close to good beaches and national park walks
Very noisy - near main road, intersection and above coffee shop.
