The fact that there was no wifi available even though we especially asked, wanted and needed this. If this ever happens again we will just cancel our booking and refuse to pay as hotel is not given us what we require.

It is budget accommodation at a high price, in my opinion. Mining boom is having its effect on place.

Room was not that comfortable, nowhere to hang clothes, noisy air conditioner, noisy fridge, noisy fan.

Great location in the heart of town.

Shame about the Meals and drinks being over overpriced. Ended up purchasing drinks from their bottle department and drinking them in our room. Could be a very popular for locals to take their family too if their meals were at a realistic price. Not value for money. Inexperienced staff in front office and behind bar. Booked in February and rang to comfirm booking, they had no record of book. So ended up having to email copy of booking.com to them.

The hotel is showing its age but is still very convenient in the middle of tow. The staff were very good in booking tours etc..

The price for the room was very high considering it was the beginning if the season. It was a small single room in need of redecorating with a very noisy aircondioner. The room next door was a double room, was bigger and it in much better cvondition and was actually let for 120 dollars while mine was rented for 390 dollars for 3 days. I pointed this out to the staff but they said that was what I booked. As I booked it through booking .com there was nothing to do about it until I returned and contacted you. I felt I was charged far too much for a very inferior room.

The staff in the hotel and especially in the restaurant were excellent. Restaurant food was also great.

The rowdy crowds of workers smoking, drinking and swearing right outside our room. Late night fights including smashing bottles...

Staff friendly, breakfast cooked well.

Noise, cleanliness of room, quality of room, bed.
