Location, proximity to the city, view of the river and Adelaide Oval
2nd double bedroom is a windowless room off the lounge- privacy is negligible if the light is on as the entire wall/door is frosted glass facing the lounge. The air conditioning was not efficient if the glass door was closed and therefore the door had to be open and privacy was nil. Difficult set up for two couples.
This was good value for money in a great location. Very comfortable accomadation.
We pointed out that there was only one chair on the balcony. They replaced them very quickly... Unfortunately with two of the most uncomfortable plastic chairs ever!
noise noise no pool towels or extra's poorly explained arrangements prior to arrival
Location, air con, close to transport and shops. 2 x lounges. Room was ok, not fantastic, but it worked. Functional.
Had to pay on arrival which is not communicated. No tea towels on arrival or dish washing liquid. Batteries in TV handset were on the blink so had to buy more on the first day. No handset for the 2nd TV in the bedroom.
Great location. Great views. Good facilities including on-site parking.
Fabric on furniture and carpets need a good clean/stain removal.
No cutting board in kitchen.
It was perfect for us to follow the santos tour down under and accomodate our bikes. Thank you La Loft
Location, views, the flexibility of the staff.
Shower didnt seal in water so water always on the floor of bathroom after a shower
Good size apartment and good pool area.
Very noisy most of day and night due to position near road, railway and ongoing building works in the area. Apartment was a bit tired and could do with an update especially the bed which had the old problem of both people rolling to the middle. Very hard to work out how to get access when arriving
location comfortable beds facilities good price
parking can be a bit better organized only a few parks allocated one night could not find a park so had to park in someones private spot iam sure they were not happy
The location ,the size of the unit and the view where great and it had everything we needed for our stay.
The Queen bed was very firm, and the rollaway bed which I paid for, since twin beds where not available, was so hard,I ended up sleeping on the couch. It might be ok for a child , but not for an adult. There was also no soap provided.
The spacious apartment and value for money, the well appointed kitchen, the professionnal welcome of Ashish and Dipti, the pool on the 3rd floor, the quiet, speed of broadband internet using the Ethernet cable.
Most windows of the apartment open on an office building just 3 meters across so not much privacy unless you keep curtains closed. The CBD itself was disappointing but Adelaide Hills and vineyards were not.
Overall it was an awesome location, the actual apartment was so nice
The fact we weren't supplied with eniugh towels, toilet paper or blankets. When we called to ask for extra towels ans toilet paper snd a blanket we were informed of a large fee.
Location, space in apartment. Cooker, Fridge and dish Washer provided.
Minimum amount of crockery, glasses and cutlery. No cooking pots/pans to put items inside oven Car parking is not allocated space and you can come back at night and not find a parking space.
Proximity to shopping strip; spaciousness/size of apartment; good shower;
Kitchen utensils and crockery were dirty and had to be cleaned before use; very basic supplies provided; apartment looks well worn/used and really needs renovation
The location was awesome
u have to turn oven off at wall after use as it doesn't turn off. Also the parking was a huge miscommunication
Stayed in superior one bedroom unit. View and location were fantastic. Overall happy with our stay.
No Fox TV despite compendium stating there were two channels. Did not receive mid week service despite staying seven nights. Again the compendium stated we would.
I liked the gas stoves not those dodgy electric ones new tv's how cleen the apartment was and modern day core really liked the new paintings
Some of the beads are a bit saggy and walking around bear foot the bottom of your feet whorls turn black. Maybe a steam clean the floors would be better
Location was good Facilties good. Good price
Bed was so hard, had to overlay a camp mattress to save my hips. Not a fan of reverse cycle as I found it noisy and really dries me out, so turned it off and opened the balcony door, which made it noisy, but that could be just a personal thing. Parking was a pain, even though we booked. Half the time we had to go the public parking next door, which was okay but meant you had to walk back out on to the street to get to your hotel. The La Loft North Terrace was actually the Oaks Horizon, but their rooms were under a different management system, so if you asked reception for help or information you're told, we can't help you if you are with La Loft. The La Loft staff tried their best to be helpful, but suffered from the odd communication issue. No instructions for the Washing Machine "Ariston Marghertita 2000", look them up before you go.
Location to city Quiet room
Dishwasher was broken and unusable. Bed mattress was uncomfortable. Not enough pillows - one per person. No views from one side of apartment due to facing building next door. No proper parking facilities, this was a big negative, had to share a tandem car park very inconvenient and on first night had to park in another location all together.
I can say everything is good with regards to La Loft Accomodation even when we checked in we dont have a reserved parking space
I really find it frustrating to deal with Oaks Horizon staff with regards yo our parking space - the staff of Oaks Horizon is so unhelpful which is not what you expect for people that works in hospitality industry extremely the opposite of the staff of la loft
convenience nice facilities and location
there is only one lift (out of three) down to car park, sometime need to wait for ages to wait the lift to carpark
Great location good view of city
Nothing provided for cleaning surface eg wetter Basic instructions for operating dishwasher and appliances would be helpful
10th floor apartment with balcony view of Adelaide Oval Nice modern feel to apartment Comfortable bed Easy access to everywhere in the CBD Close to rail, tram and bus Helpful rep
Excellent location for activities.
