Clean - excellent facilities

The location only as I needed something close to the showgrounds. Beds were comfy.

Outdoor chairs broken/ripped and couldn't sit on them, cracked glasses, shower leaked/flooded the bathroom, room not serviced, not enough towels, not enough toilet paper for 4 people for 4 nights, courtyard filthy, no digital tv in bedroom. Images on web looked like a street frontage, quite deceiving. Instead looked right at other apts.

Kevin helped us move into the apartment next door. He was extremely helpful and obliging. Clean and comfortable. Great location.

Initial apartment ac not working but Kevin was excellent (see opposite). Upstairs shower has some missing parts. No plug for upstairs bathroom sink. A bit light on cutlery and glasses. Shelves in fridge door broken - need replacement.

There was nothing we didn't like but a little bit of minor maintenance or TLC needed.

Apartment was modern and clean. Loved the laundry as we were travelling for 3 weeks. Great location east 10 min walk to tram

Ground floor apartment-couldnt open bedroom windows for air.

Spacioius, and safe car parking

Light globes not working, no racks in bathroom or towel rails,no hooks to hang clothes in bathroom, and no drawers in bedrooms. Carpets dirty.

Large apartment, spacious, well located - close to city and facilities. Quiet, clean and tidy.

location was great, very close to shops (walking distance) and into town (small cab fare)

Excellent location to the city & beaches. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable & have no hesitation in staying again or recommending to others.

Excellent location, just a short walk to great cafe and shopping strip. Beds and lounges are comfortable and kitchen is well set up for use. Thanks La Loft for a fabulous stay.

Some little things like the security front gate being really stiff and hard to open, shower head needs to be changed and some previous damage to building had been quickly patched up rather than properly fixed/redone but really those things are minor!

Good Location, comfortable house. Even I do not meet administration staff in person, they were kind and helpful by phone and online.

Cleaning people need to clean more in depth. The weekly cleaning is superficial and facial tissues and toilet paper where out of stock when requested.

Well situated to all facilities, great for children, very quiet, nice and homely.

The size of the apartment was good, didn't expect it to be so spacious. It was clean and comfortable.

I expected there should be more general items supplied for a five day stay.... washing powder, dishwashing tabs etc. thought there would be salt and pepper supplied. And with staying for five days a change of towels.

Good location easy to get to all attractions. Liked the garage for parking

Would have appreciated actually seeing someone at the apartment. Dont like the faceless service. Also would have appreciated a little welcome package, nothing extravadent - just a small pint of milk, teabags, coffee etc. Also a guide to the local eating places and shops would have been useful when you dont know the area.

Location, location, location! The local Unley area is just great and the city is short drive or enjoyable walk in to the city.

Shower stalls and fittings need an update - they are a bit worn.

Some maintenance needs attention

The La Loft apartments were spacious and comfortable. The appartment was very quiet and clean. Even having a coffee plunger and a DVD player which were most appreciated. A lot of hotel apartments don't think about these things.

Although the neighbourhood was quiet and safe the apartments are not in the central part of the city. We were travelling with two 80 year old people and to get to the main street for a taxi or bus was a good twelve to fifteen minute walk for them. There was no phone in the apartment and as we were travelling from NZ we had no mobile connection. Also be aware that this apartment has NO RECEPTION! This was not made clear when we made the booking. We arrived by taxi at dusk and had no idea which was our apartment or how to get in. It didn't help that it was raining either. Fortunatley the taxi driver allowed us to use his phone to call. We were then told which letter box our keys were in. Free internet was advertised when we made the booking - however there was no internet connection and even after repeated requests none was provided. Also one of our party left an irreplacable cell phone charger behind. We had hoped that the cleaners may have picked this up. However even after two email requests to see if it had been handed in we never even got a reply. A nice stay was slightly spoiled by the few little things I mentioned.

Needs to have tourist info- bus route- shopping centre--- instruction of appliances--- wash up detergent liquid- not practical useing sachets

Generally good design - liked the washing / tumble drier and dish washer. Close to town and two TVs. Availability of Wi-fi was important. Kitchen well equipped.

After hour reception did not really work - did not receive the last minute communications in time. The address on the web and the physical entrance differs.

Comfortable, quiet, close to good restaurants.
