Hotel Laguna  

It was very clean and comfortable. Close to everything we wanted to do. Large rooms with plenty of furniture. Great pool area. Good parking.

Bathroom was small. Heated pool not warm enough for the cooler weather.

This is a great central location for Noosa in a quiet area with good facilities for an extended stay- river facing balcony was lovely and it's good that there is a dvd player & kitchenette.

No elevator would be difficult if staying on a higher floor. The room was not serviced during a 6 night stay apart from getting fresh towels. You wouldn't live in your own house without cleaning anything for 6 days so I felt it was a bit poor considering I paid the same price every night for a dirty room. I also had no fridge on the first day, and there was no one in reception on a day when I locked my key in the room and I had to wait for almost 20 minutes to get back in!!!

Locality

Close to beach ,river and lovely walks. Comfortable and very clean.

Receptionist didn't smile or be pleasant ,to be fair I am sure she was doing many jobs and is over worked.

Location is great, quiet end of the main street. Close to everything with some great beach and river access just a stones throw away.

In general all shops in the area are way over priced and the only bottle shop closed at 7pm?

Everything really. 2 minute walk from the beach. Noosa is gorgeous. Would like to have stayed longer.

The location is on the Main Street and opposite the beach. Very vibrant area with tourist type shops and restaurants. There ws washing machines and dryers in the laundry. The car parking was good and undercover

Nothing much, maybe the fact that there is no elevator, a bit difficult with a young child if you are on the 3rd floor but frankly speaking, this is not really a negative point

Great location on river side of Hastings Street. Newly renovated kitchen was well equipped.

Cosmetically, some aspects of the room could use an update (paint peeling on doors, old bathroom etc) but nothing major.

Excellent hotel and staff. It is actually a hidden Gem in Noosa. The manager Tony was extremely friendly and helpful. I was with my 19 yrs old son where we were visiting Noosa from Jordan. The room was clean, comfortable with modern amenities. The view to the river is a million dollar one, they need to upgrade their web site to show off the magnificent views. Will definitely come back to the same hotel for a longer stay. Thank you Tony for a pleasant stay

No Elevator, so one has to carry heavy laugage to rooms, not pleasant in the heat.

We got a VERY good deal and staff were really happy to oblige with regard to wanting to 2 single beds in our unit. Views of river one side and pool on other, right in Hastings Street.

I liked that once we checked in, we were not bothered. The staff were friendly when approached, facilities clean and in a nice and easy to acess location.

Excellent location. Onsite parking. Nice views of the river if you get a river view room.

Cleanliness was rather poor both in the room and outside. A bit tired looking. Aircon was somewhat old fashioned but worked ok.

Everything was great!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a prime location perfect if you are looking to go to the beach, wander around the shops or choose from the many restaurants in Hastings Street. A perfect spot for a weekend getaway or holiday.

Great shower head but Poor shower recess design- impossible not to soak whole room floor every time someone showered. Free wifi didn't connect in our room.

Close to transport , able to walk to shops and restaurants. I flt secureas a solo traveller .
