It had a bed Shower taps were loose; shower alcove looked new but leaked water into the next room. Bathroom poorly renovated. The pillows smelt of smoke even though the room was non-smoking. Carpet filthy and stained. Linen stained and marked.Paint on walls and skirting boards was peeling and chipped. Tv had volume control issues - some channels loud others barely audible. WiFi was not complimentary. Another aspoect one had to pay for.

It was ok. Restaurant was good. For the money was not expecting too much more. One night had people talking till 6.30 am and the next night an argument started at 11.30 pm and went on for an hour. Who do we call at that hour? In the room could have better general lighting. It was hot and I left bathroom door closed in the morning to keep room cooler and when I came back at 6 each night it was wide open and the room was hotter than needed to be.

Nothing Stained carpet, stained lounge chairs, smelled, the carpet needed a good vacuum, ants all over the kitchen bench. I stained two nights and the accomandation was not serviced. I will never stay there again, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We liked the accessibility and convenience to where we were going that night. The food at their restaurant was very good. Checkin is too early, 10am and reception not even willing to extend knowing previous night was new years eve! Also not all parts of the room was renovated, the cupboard was all open and old and so was the dressing table as well very old fashioned.

The apartment was quite affordable. Reasonably modern but some maintenance is required to keep it up to a good condition. Beds were comfortable but the pillows were too flat and the spare pillows available were not enough. The dining and living room are too small for an apartment for 8 people. There was only 2 wine glasses and 4 water glasses for 8 people which meant we had to keep washing a glass after using so that others could then use it. Kitchen items need to be checked properly. Also the washing up liquid needs to be better quality to enable people to wash their dishes properly, Also the apartment smelt of smoke.

I liked nothing about this motel, so will not be filling this out It was the filthiest motel I have ever stayed in. I would never ever go and stay there again and I will be telling every one I know never stay there.I could not take my shoes of as the carpet was that dirty and stickie, the bathroom was all I can say is a disgusting, was just plain filth. I have emailed golden chain about this place and told them I would never ever stay in a golden chain motel again.

Good lighting and all lights worked. Quiet room. Only one chair in room. Dirty stairs and landing to upper level. Sickly sweet smell in room from air "freshener". Torn curtain at window. Worn curtain on clothes hanging area. When a bed had to be moved to sit at bench, carpet under the bed appeared un-vacuumed. Chipped laminate on bench. Old and ill-fitting bed spreads need replacing and be of the correct size.
