Room was clean

Worst ever staff, the most unfriendly and rude staff who greeted me and ruined my weekend away with girlfriend. Will def let friends know to avoid this motel and I am disappointed that booking.com would recommend such place.

The size of the accommodation was very good.

It was not clear from the website that the accommodation booked was not located at the Motel address.Therefore the location that we were expecting was a bit further out than what we were wanting. The original premise they put us in had a phone on the bench but it was not connected and we couldn't access the internet. Esther on the front desk whilst tried to be helpful was not pro active in giving information and had to be asked for every bit of detail.As it wasn't apart of the Motel premise daily services were not available.

The two ladies on reception were very kind and helpful to my daughter and I want to thank them for their support!

The restaurant wasn't open on the weekend!

Location as I needed to work in the Monash university clayton campus

The rooms are tired and I suggest that the carpets and sheets be replaced

Nothing, it was old, shabby, very poor renovation, all work done on the cheap, terrible road noice, the units were under contruction while our stay, should have been much cheaper than we paid. The worse place we have ever stayed during our travels over the years.

After shopping at ikea and Chadstone Shopping Centre this Motel is in an easy to access location for people who do not feel comfortable driving in the City.

The image displayed on the lamplight motel website which in turn was displayed on booking.com of the renovated queen rooms is not what the rooms look, except for the linen on the bed. The room was dark, with poor lighting and very little natural light. The furniture was dinted and chipping paint all around the bases. The bathroom was dusty with mould forming in the grout of the tiles and I was given a used piece of soap! Had the image reflected acurately what I was purchasing I would not have paid $129 for this room!

äUßerst unfreundliches Personal. Kein Interesse, den Gast zufrieden zu stellen, nachdem die Buchung durchgeführt wurde. Wlan funktioniert nicht, trotzdem wurde eine Stornierung verweigert, obwohl ein Zimmer ohne Internet keinen Wert hatte, da ich meine weitere Reise planen mußte. Einrichtung sehr alt und abgenutzt / heruntergekommen. Für exakt das gleiche Geld gibt es in Melbourne deutlich bessere Alternativen, auch ganz in der Nähe, wie ich nach dieser unschönen Erfahrung feststellen konnte.

Very close to the metropoliton golf course, was easy to get too.
