Good service and very clean

The overall service was great as indicated in the first portion of this survey.

The price of food and beverages. We come from the usa where food is less expensive.

The stsff were well trained attentive and friendly. The breakfast buffet was outstanding value. The room was of ample proportions and everything worked.

We had a marvellous 3 days. Nothing peeved us.

Good breakfast, wide range of food

1) no free wifi at room, only 20 min/day at lobby. 2)very simple bathroom, no tooth brush, slipper and so 3) very very far from city downtown, the main walking street. take 30 min to walk there!!!

Location was close to our events and easy to get to for others to pick us up and drop us off. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've seen.

Lack of Porter service - I arrived the night before getting married with a car full of wedding things including my wedding dress as well as suitcases etc for my honeymoon. I received very poor service for unloading my car and getting to my room including being told to park in the underground carpack to unload (yes I said i had my wedding dress etc when asking for instructions) and then being told to bring my car back up to the front when I went to get a trolley to take downstairs. The was also very slow and lax porter service when we arrived back at the hotel after our wedding with the boxes and bags we unpacked from our wedding car. The espresso coffee being included in your breakfast makes it attractive and a much better deal that most Australian breakfast buffets but there is no system to the process so it is hard to order a coffee and seems haphazard in which coffees actually get made and brought to the breakfasters. The bathroom we had seemed tired and in need of upgrade (room 411).

No free water in room. Noisy machinery on roof above 12th floor. Bags not carried to our room.parking fee should include valet service.had to ask for coffee at breakfast. In asia there are waiters walking around with pots of coffee topping up all the time.

took 1 1/2 hours to check in at 9pm as they did not have a clean room and when they did it was not what we booked. Not real value for money although the service and food were fine

Facilities and staff excellent. Service was first class, friendly. Room was comfortable, spacious and well appointed. Room service good. Reasonable location if you are happy to walk to main CBD or use free bus service outside.

Buffet breakfast seemed overpriced for the choice of items. $35 per head does not match other locations with similar or better buffets for lower prices. Limited range of vegetarian options for room service had us choosing entrees. Bed a bit firm for our liking. Room prices on week nights high but that is Perth at present!

noise from function centre till nearly 0100, faulty switch in bathroom, show head which was corroded and didn't spray you (it preferred the wall, attitude and response of reception staff (went early to book in, filled in the paper work, then then arriving back ready for a shower found out I hadn't actually booked in! GRRRR), Staff didn't not follow billing instructions (two rooms o be billed to one account), total bill -after allowing for additional items more than quote.

Top spot good value

we were treated like guests, truly made very very welcome, nothing we needed or requested was too much trouble, our car was safe and no problems parking or leaving, the food was so good they sold out of oysters but the quality and quantity was superb, the breakfast was the best I have had for a long long time and we are very regular customers, at a 5 star beachside hotel, this hotel came very very close to taking our business, simply because they catered for more than one nationality, the made to order in front of you omelette was divine, the staff are always available but not too visible. value for money is totally evident in this establishment, I would definately recommend this hotel especially to international travellers. Fineans Irsh bar had the friendliest staff, and a great Barramundi lunch.

Housekeeping, room facility , V.cold, you need to order for portable heating because the heating is not working. Also breakfast is poor comparing to Hotel grade (3 stars or less breakfast quality)

the internet was horrible. the rooms looked like a 3 star or below. really basic hotel which was overpriced. bookings were incorrect. i booked rooms with two beds and when we checked in they were one bed rooms. overall not impressed.
