Convenient and well suited for business travel. Smoking rooms not available. Nor was there a smoking area available other than on the street. |

Good location. The restaurant, we had a $38 steak, it was as tough as rubber and the chef didn't offer any apologies, just said that he would have eaten it, my partner ate it, I couldn't even chew it. I got a pasta dish which was very dry, they didn't charge us for the pasta but did for the steak, wasn't happy. There were a number of other things that we didn't like but I don't have enough room. |

the location was quiet, easy access to the CBD ample parking at a cost. I only had one little dislike, we ordered breakfast in our room and what we got was not exactly what we ordered. |

The facilities were excellent the staff were very curteous and the hotel is in an excellent postion. It is just off the main street so you can walk to wherever you want to go but is also very quiet which means you are not distracted. The only small complaint that i had was that the cleaning stuff came around a little too early in the morning. We had people knocking at 9am on a sunday morning. |

The central location is the best feature. The facilities and staff were also what we were looking for at the time. |

We had to request a car park spot for one night and then charged an additional $24 for the use, this was not stated prior. I feel this is pretty poor and should be clearly advised |

The location was good, but then launceston is small..all thier hotels are well-located. No airconditioning in summer is a real issue. The rooms were adequate but nothing special and certainly no better that a 3 - 3.5 star hotel. This hotel makes money on its name purely. The TV didn't work well. Overall, the hotel rooms needed sprucing up. The shower curtains smelled damp and moldy, and were quite ratty. |
