Good location Heater/air conditioner

Traffic noise very noisy so I wondered if double glazed windows would be an idea. The windows can'tbeopened so it would quieter down all the street and car noises.

Location was good,short walk to city centre and Salamanca Place

The room was far too small for 2 single beds.Very difficult to enter the bathroom with the bed so close to the wall.

The hotel room was nice. The heater was fantastic

Service at breakfast was poor had to keep asking for service. Juice was empty, water for coffee was empty. Had to ask for more bread. The pancake machine ran empty.Breakfast the same everymorning no variety of eggs available. And this was from quite a few guests at breakfast not only us.

Location was good. Rooms were what we expected.

It was quite noisy. The street noise was noticeable and woke me up a couple times thru the night. Also, we were located in room 901 which was directly opposite the lift which got a bit noisy too.

Staff were professional, helpful and friendly. The eco-friendly price discount for my 4 night stay was excellent value for the simple agreement not to unnecessarily launder towels and sheets.

Pleased with service when wanted to change rooms owing to noisy street cable laying night work! Also buffet breakfast excellent value.

I organise a surprise trip to Tasmania for me and my mum. Good price for what you get. Good location as well. Thank you.

If I really have to be picky: at night if I have trouble sleeping I can hear the pedestrian stoplight. But that is about it.

The staff were excellent. The TV in my room wasn't working properly. Staff promptly checked it out, then moved me to another room.

Friendly staff, great location being just walking distance to Salamanda Place, good value for money.

The toitet get all wet, but it's not a big deal.

Modern furnishing. Clean and fresh. Great views and wonderful access to Hobart.

Parking was an issue as limited and was not informed.

The room was way too small with nowhere to store suitcases or hang clothes. The water took ages to drain from the vanity basin.

Very well organised. Payment on arrival not before stay. Ability to cancel before 24hours date of arrival. Staff very friendly and helpful. Curtains in the room blocked out sun so we could sleep in. Bed was really comfortable. Bathroom modern and clean.

Shower spilled water everywhere in bathroom.

This had just been taken over staff were helpful & friendly. Good value but a bit far from town for 2 pensioners walking up hill

Twin bedded room was really very small. 2 ladies travelling and not even a bed side table

I am only short and the mirror in the bath room was covered with Soap dispensers and I couldn't see a thing. No Towel rail except one towel ring. Single beds to close together. Every time my bed moved it turn of the power board behind the bed and our lamp went out. We had trouble finding the place as it had changed it name since we booked the accommodation.

Value. Immaculately clean. Well set up mini kitchenette. Comfortable beds. Location. Love that there is no aircon, and that we can open the window for Tasmania's very fresh air.
