Great location close to everything but a quiet location. Fantastic value for money compared to other Hobart accom. We stayed in the cottage on the lower floor, when there are people in the rooms above it can be noisy as the floor is wood. Minor issue.

Location was ok. Parking was dreadful even though described as available and no booking required (ie. had to park in the paddock next door). No soap or milk in the fridge - maybe expecting too much for the price? Hardly any hot water for our morning showers - not a nice way to start the day - manager not overly concerned about our cold showers.

Location No breakfast was included as stated. House keeping only did part of the room, and threw our used towels on the floor without leaving any replacements. Calling it a 2br unit is a bit of a stretch too. A couch would have been good, and much better than two mini dining tables.

Convenience to north hobart hockey fields & restaurants. Could not use microwave, too dirty. Asked for it to be cleaned but didn't happen. But linen & facilities were clean and fresh. I would recommend more supervision on room service E.G. Replenishing of tea etc.

THe ultra clean sheets & comfortable bed,also it was quiet. Lotion from a container in the shower had leaked all over the shower floor, quite slippery. Also the kitchen chairs were pretty hard!

We had a wonderful time. The staff and reception was cool. Helpful and gave great directions for my questions and never been here before thoughts and hopes. Well I thought it would be more sculptured the grounds blah blah, would like this to be upgraded as this place was really great. The outside just didn't match its whole appeal.

It was in a quiet residential area. Easy drive to North Hobart for meals. The bathroom is old and outdated and not clean. But guess its OK for the price

This was very close to the city, and had visiting ducks in the morning. An honest assessment of the facilities was given. Looked out onto the car park, which surrounding gardens, could make more appealing.

Close proximity to city and many venues. Quite relaxing atmosphere Refrigerators iced up and in need of defrosting/iceing. Some lack of adequate parking space. Savage kerbing as leaving street, damaging vehicles .

Closed to cbd. Bathroom was good. Inadequate parking. It was a nightmere when I arrived at 1130pm from Melborne. Had to spent times to find a spot. Room too small.

Location and view were great I was with my 9yr old granddaughter and she liked it You do get what you pay for We had a lovely time in Hobart Tried so hard to get a motel with a pool but couldn't use it they fenced it off as it wasn't being looked after as in lack of maintenance very disappointed Photos on the advertisement were deceiving Had trouble communicating with receptionist when we got there

Nothing The fact that the property was dirty, unkempt, tatty, insecure, dark, insufficient parking, run down with broken windows - need I go on? We will never stay here again and could not recommend it. In fact it should have come with a health warning!
