Torn curtains. & minimal cutlery.
WE HAD THE ROOM OVERLOOKING THE WATER.
IT WAS VERY DRAFTY. VERY POORLY LIT.
Location, cleanliness, comfort.
Free wifi would be great
I been staying here quiet a few times, I'm quiet happy with the service and the improvement they done inside new bathroom, new carpet and updated bed. Close the the city 10min drive
The aircon needed badly in everyroom as there is no fan, no air, no circulation during the hot summer and only one window can open. I won't survive another day in their room without a fan or aircon
Windows wouldn't lock no air conditioning and was very hot but smell coming from outside meant couldn't open window, and when you see a room & book you should get that room
Not what was depicted on website. Very old & tired studio cottage. No air circulation upstairs, did not smell but was not clean. Was inexpensive but certainly not what was on website.
Location was good
The room was far too small not what I searched wasn't worth the money but you get what you pay for
Very helpful staff, quiet location.
Awkward entrance and parking for longer vehicles.
The floorboards and tiles were nice.
The shower / bathtub combo wasn't nice.
Fresh newish bathroom Decent sized refrigerator Cutlery and crockery in room
No water views Awkward parking Bad room ventilation
Poor tv reception, dust, hair and lint on floor, mould on base of bathroom door and cob webs in corners of ceiling. Accommadation (out the back in the cottage) in general was old and very tired. No wifi.
Only a few minutes drive from the CBD. The room was reaaonably spacious and had a full kitchenette.
The bed was terrible because the mattress was sprung, curtains were broken so there was little privacy, the only noticeable seservicing of the room was the bins being emptied, free WiFi was only in reception.
Lovely location close to the river. Comfortable room. Good facilities.
No air conditioning on a warm day.
Decent price for the room and good location being on a few minutes from the centre of Hobart.
The room was extremely tiny, the only place we could put our suitcases was on either side of the bed. This meant that we could only access the bed from the end. We also found the bed to be extremely uncomfortable and hard. Was disappointed after booking the room online and it said that the room had cooking facilities, only to find it was only a microwave and a kettle. Not to mention we had to eat our meals on the bed due to there only being one chair to seat us at the tiny table.
The bed was comfy, but
We booked a "heritage studio", which sounded good, but the entry was down a dirt path, past large rubbish bins. The bathroom that had been built into one side of the room was tiny (no room to sit on the loo properly!) and the "kitchenette" lacked any utensils or cooking dishes. The location was distant from the city (we knew that) but also basic shopping and public transport.

the whole place although VERY clean just felt and looked run down like a motel from the '50;s. Our last night in beautiful Tassie did not expect to spend the night in such a place.after all the beautiful spots we had stayed in. This place was also the most expensive of them all ?????
Friendly and accomodating staff. I liked being able to open the windows.
Bathroom X Shower leaked everywhere Kitchen cooking tools poor Not in a motel but in an upstairs room in an old house next door. Not happy.
Close to many historical and sightseeing attractions in Hobart
Our rooms were double booked. The motel had our booking for over 6 weeks but chose not to advise us until arrival. Very deceitful.
Cleanliness, terrible state of fittings, everything
Clean room with good facilities, including microwave and kitchen crockery/utensils.
Very bright lights outside the room which were left on all night making it difficult to sleep.
The place is being renovated to a GOOD standard, and for the price it's very good value, no trouble recommending it to others.
LACK OF ONSITE PARKING
It was clean.
The room was like an oven, so hot we had to leave and come back late that night to try to sleep. (only 1 high little window we could open, the day had been in the high 20s) Oh, and what a surprise to find a large flue from floor to ceiling in the middle of the small floor space at the end of the bed. Our room with a "flue" :(
