The bed was comfortable

There were cockroaches running all over the carpark and hanging off our curtains. The shower drain was so blocked that it flooded the room and we had to change rooms (and looking at the reviews, it's clear that this is a longstanding problem that they haven't bothered to fix. I picked the motel because it had a restaurant but it turns out the cooks have decided to become vegetarian so we had to get back in the car to get dinner. Most annoyingly, the cooks don't like getting up to cook breakfast so if we were prepared to wait till 8.30am, they could offer us toast! Horrid motel!

customer service was excellent as they catered to alot of people checking in early which most places would make u wait.

The room was filthy as per photos, staff when told didnt care or just made out that they didnt understand.There was a dirty tea towel behind a desk with loose wires,food and a small toy on the floor,the mug to put your toothbrush in so filthy you couldnt see the bottom. In all the place should be closed untill cleaned to a healthy standard.

Location - easy access NSE and W, central to many places I wanted to visit.

Noisy plumbing - neighbour's pipes squeeled. No face flannel. No light over desk. I wasn't told restaurant was vegetarian until I fronted up for dinner.

The convenience of being near the city but not right in it and the closeness to the train station. The people who were in charge of the motel did their best to accomdate us and were friendly

Budget accomodation for a budget price - very handy to shops and railway which makes olympic park a short train trip away (2 mins walk to the shops and train at Lidcombe)

Small room and not much space in the shower

On our arrival we were informed that the motel has had trouble with your booking site and so there was no booking for us. Luckily they had 2 roomd spare and we were able to book over the counter. I won't be using your booking site again.

Room was not clean. Shower dirty, bedside tables still had sticky glass/drinks residue from previous, we moved the 2 single beds together for our two kids and the mess under the bed was disgusting! Our socks were filthy! I had to ask for more towels there were not enough for 4 people only 2. I asked for a microwave to heat our baby bottles. Was told one would be bought over but it never was, I asked twice! My little girl eventually gave in and drank her bottle luke warm. I managed to fill sink with boiling water.

The room was adequate and clean, handy to the football oval and was a reasonable price. We did see the odd cockroach running about. The towels were clean but poor quality. The frig was very small and there was no sink or cooking facilities but I guess that is a reflection of the price we paid. Staff were pleasant.

Prefers a cafe than an Indian restaurant.

It was awful. The room was dingy and mouldy, the floor was filthy, the bed was on a board sitting on the floor. When I asked the reception person if they had a better room, he was incredibly surly with me. The restaurant they advertised was only open one night of my 3 night stay. There were shady looking people lurking in the parking lot and loitering on the property. A man who'd been watching everything I did finally came and knocked on my door and tried to push his way in for a 'drink'. They sprayed for cockroaches at 5pm so every person there tracked poison into their rooms and it dripped all over my car. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at! I travel every week to multiple cities and this was by far the worst.

Very nice staff, simple and very clean room and bathroom, recently refurbished (new painting), nice courtyard, quiet and convenient location + parking.

I found the Liberty Plains Motor Inn very clean and comfortable. It is close to Homebush and anz Stadium and the price of the twin bed room very good.

Close proximity to shops and train station and especially to Olympic Park where kids had ahtletics Nationals. Also directly opposite a very nice open air pool. Clean towels each day Probably a reasonable price for Sydney and ability to get into city fast Basic definitely no frills!!

Terrible terrible pillows, only one per bed no extra pillows or bedding in cupboard sheet was stained with blood..or something.. On one of the beds under beds hadn't been cleaned for months ( old chip packets/cans /receipts) chain on door broken so no extra security other than deadlock curtains didn't cover window properly so light streamed in really early Tea bags and milk mini cartons were not replaced after first use Soap / shampoo not replaced Very grotty paint work and state of hotel on outside Patrons to restaurant using car park in front of room was really noisy when leaving late at night Only 1 teaspoon, although four cups - not all clean. Light in bathroom didn't work properly room not attended to until afternoons

Manger was helpful

First room I was in .i opened the fridge and cockroaches ran out . Fridge was off and the television PowerPoint was stuffed , towels hard. I complained and got moved and the other room was better . No spare towels or pillows , drain blocked in the shower in the 2nd room . Need to lift there standards don't recommoned.

That it was close to homebush bay.

The room was not clean there was hair everywhere. The tiles had not been moped there was scuff marks all over them. Bathroom was dirty.

How close it is to the railway station

Having the cleaner knock on the door 40 minutes before check out time......
