The location,very quiet bush setting not far from the town of Margret River,host very knowledgeble about aria,comfortable bed,& best of all rainwater to drink& hughe choice for breakfast

I like the fact that the staff were lovely and polite and always willing to help us on where to go an wht to see!!

Owner is very helpful, we checked in almost midnite. Room's amenities are excellent, as my only standard is 5star. We will come back again for sure.

wonder if you suppose to make your own bed in B&B type of accommodation ? this is not a big deal anyway

We spent 2 nights at the Loaring Place Bed & Breakfast on a Smart Deal. The place itself is fantastic, surrounded by bushland, it is very quiet, which is compounded by the fact that there are only 4 guest rooms. The room is very spacious, with a very comfortable bed and large bathroom, including a spa. The hosts provide homemade bath salts and soaps and a great, filling breakfast each morning. Bella the dog is there to greet you every morning, but beware, if you have a soft spot, she will take full advantage of it at breakfast time!

The bed and breakfast is out of town (maybe a 5 minute drive), so be aware that you will have to get a taxi back after a night out in town.

Place was huge and lovely Owner is helpful, friendly and accommodating Best suited for family who are holidaying or couple who is looking for a romantic place to stay Breakfast was fantastic, good spread and you will be well fed. Quite and very peaceful at night Price is very reasonable and close to all the major attractions, city center, wineries, etc You are given the freedom to use anything in the house. No restriction of whatsoever. Place is safe to stay Owner has a dog called Bella who adds up to the fun if you are a dog lover or travelling with kids

Heater takes a while to heat up. Outdoor garden just outside of veranda is not fully done up yet. Therefore, veranda has lots of soil.

although we had a nice breakfast outside, the garden and the outside terrace needed cleaning. It was also a little too quiet, a little music on the background could have made the atmosphere better.

A very peaceful rural location conveniently close to the town of Margaret River, the golf course and the beach. The residence is well designed with a comfortable (central) guest dining and entertainment area offering all-day beverages and snacks. A tasty breakfast was provided and it was nice to be offered a selection of wholesome cooked meals from a menu. The hosts were very pleasant,welcoming and eager to please. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We were a bit surprised that the room was not serviced during our three night stay. Perhaps this is normal for most bed and breakfast places but quite unusual for us. Maybe we are spoiled but it is always nice to leave a few unwanted chores at home when taking a vacation.

we liked the surrounding forest, the well cooked and presented breakfast, the relaxing lounge and patio. we also loved the en suite bath spa tub. the staff were great, real people. lovely little dog called bella, very excitable, kept us amused.

the bedroom and ensuite was first class with high quality linen. Emily was a delight and couldn't do enough for you to make your stay memorable.

The room had all facilities you could want and a very good bathroom. The common sitting room was inviting to sit in at night and you could easily have your own evening meal there as well as taking advantage of complimentary tea and coffee with homebaked muffins. The location was very secluded.

We liked the location which was about five kilometres from Margaret River, completely surround by beautiful native bush. The owners were always there if they were needed, but left you alone respectfully at other times. Lovely rooms.

Very cosy, and were offered very personalised services. It was a wonderful stay.

TV in room did not function properly-poor reception

Loaring B&B was an excellent place to stay while visiting the Margaret River region - close to the town itself, wineries and local attractions. We made an extremely late internet booking and turned up after 20:00 - there was no problem, the room was clean and inviting and the staff were willing to settle us in while waiting for the computers to update their booking system. A delicious breakfast, home made from local ingredients, was served the next morning and the other guests were quiet and respectful throughout our visit. The rooms are quite large, with immaculate ensuites and beautiful garden views - complimentary chocolates on the pillows made it perfect.

The surroundings were tranquil and the facilities excellent and the hostess, Emily charming.
