I booked the accommodation through booking .com. I was quoted a fee of $179 for a one night stay. When I checked out (and I was in a hurry) I was charged $233.58. I sent an email to the owners pointing out the error and did not receive a reply. Disappointing to say the least.I may be at fault for not noticing the incorrect billing, but would have thought it to be a common courtesy to rectify this oversight.

Only four rooms in this boutique bed & breakfast. A very homely and quiet place for a really good rest. Relax in the twin jacuzzi and sleep in the heated mattress is the snooze we need. Open concept bathroom, double basin, separate toilet, very large bathroom. Room open to a garden.

The water pressure is low because it is an ECO friendly, spa water is harvested from rain which i don't mind. No harm being environmental conscious when we enjoy our holiday.

Friendly hosts who allowed us to store gear while completing the Cape to Cape track and also drove us to the start of the trail the morning of our departure.

The breaky omelette, for which we paid extra, was pretty ordinary.

I love the house....so airy and pleasant. The hosts were very informative and helpful. Enjoyed our stay very much at this home away from home. The town was very near and accessible but you need a car. The location of the house was at the edge of the forest...so peaceful. Would love to go back ans spend more time there.

Having a resident kangaroo family in the compound was a bonus. Love the nature surrounding the house and having a bbq facility to use is a nice touch for those who didn't want to drink and drive. Location was excellent. Dirk and Pam was hospitable but left us to do our thing most time. Thoroughly enjoyed the main lounge although it got a little cold but not cold enough to light a fire. Can't wait to come back when the fireplace is lighted up.

Shower was weak. Would be nice if they have option for a bbq dinner in additional to the hot breakfast selection options.

The shower didn't work it took 10 mins for the hot water to come through then it was either steaming hot or freezing cold also I always thought a continental breakfast was bacon eggs etc... Not cereal and fruit. We ended up going into town for breakfast. Knocked on the office door to leave the key but didn't know where to put it so left it in the room on the dresser...

Beautiful place to stay. Was amazed at the size of the room and bathroom. Lovely private courtyard, but unfortunately did not have time to enjoy. Lovely big spa bath in large bathroom. Great amenities. Room rate included a continental breakfast -we were very surprised at the large selection of breakfast items.

Unfortunately there was not a lot of water pressure in the shower, but understand this was due to the B&B being Eco Friendly and on tank water, despite this, would definitely recommend and stay again.

The room/bed was very comfortable and guest lounge and the grounds were very good. The location was in the forest but within 4kms from Margaret River village and the beach.

For the price of over $240 a night for a B&b then we did not expect to have to pay for a hot breakfast or laundry or be unable to take food into our room. To charge this expensive rate and to give value for money the little extras mean a lot but maybe the income is more important than the guests?

Set in a quiet bushland location. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Central to the Margaret River tourist region. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Could hear other guests in their rooms.

I assumed that "Bed & Breakfast" meant cooked breakfast in the stated price as in other B&Bs we stayed at. Not so. "Continental breakfast" should have been stated or "cooked breakfast at extra cost" Especially as the advertised tariff was quite high.
