The house itself had pretty well everything you need but with only one wc and bathroom it would be tricky for six persons. The air con worked ok but only in kitchen and upstairs double. Sharon the manager was very good and available when required for information. The location was pretty basic and the estate was for sale which showed in the minimal upkeep of the property: poor quality and old out of date furniture. Needs a total makeover to really justify the cost. The house was very hot on arrival as all windows were open but cooled down eventually with the air con on.

Neat, clean & tidy, good spot, nice & quiet. Staff very accommodating when requested an earlier checkin & they ensured the cottage was cleaned & ready.
