The owner was really lovely and very helpful. The position of the motel was great for the facilities in the town. Room was spotless and had everything we needed. We actually commented that it was a shame that we were only staying one night.

The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. We felt very comfortable staying here and will definitely stay again if heading through Warrnambool. The location is convenient and close to everything.

The place is easy to find, perfect for a stay for visiting GOR. The rooms are very comfortable, everything works fine and nice. I really liked it and would like to stay there again if I'm going to Warrnambool.

Debra, the hotel runner is such a friendly and helpful person. The hotel is quite old but very well maintained, specially the bathroom is very clean. The room has a small pantry which was provided with everything we need eg. tea-coffee set, crockery, cutlery, microwave, etc. The hotel is right next to Shell gas station, very easy to find. Parking is free. The public sitting area has a lovely playground for children and grilling area for adults to enjoy. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much and hopefully we can make another visit soon. Nothing!
