Majestic Minima Hotel  

This is a modern, minimalist hotel but with every comfort and close to transport and restaurants

Good location,helpful staff, comfy bed, secure parking.

No milk for cup of tea, climate control didn't work, TV not tuned to all free to air stations,no bathroom benchspace.

convenient, value for money

some lack of info re check-in process - not told to make contact to ascertain room no. when phoned to get check-in code.

This is the third time I have stayed and I reccomend it to all my friends. Great spot. Thx again ..

How the card was the source for power, the interior design of the room

Walls were so thin I could hear next door very clearly

Self booking is not for older people. Found it misleading when told the kiosk next door. When the next door is a massage shop.

i had room number 1 by the front door so it was noisy - i was woken by everyone coming in.

Wall in the room had extensive scuff marks. Everything else good.

Facilities and parking, very good

I asked if the room could be ready early however,mthis wasn't possible and if I will wanted to stay, I had no choice but to upgrade...to get into a room before 10.30, I'm certain, as I work in this industry, a room can be prepared in 1/2 hour for an asking customer if requested in many other Motels so I feel your business failed to meet my expectations. I will have to think if I use you motel again due to this point.

King size bed was actually two single beds joined together. The message board outside the venue had King SIze Beds up in lights. Where I come from that is called false advertising. Very Naughty.

I liked the ease of operation of the hotel. I liked the location, great for cafes, and the Botanic Park and the mall, all within walking distance.

I didn't like the very noisy air conditioner in my room which made it quite difficult to sleep well. An extra piece of soap in the bathroom would be good for the extended stayers.

Very convenient location, walk to parklands, cafes. Very comfortable bed.

Ridiculously noisy airconditioning unit, room got very hot during the day with little natural ventilation. Could have done with bit more storage for luggage.

There is no phone in the room. The is only one intercom by the entrance that can be used to talk with a staff member. Being a self check-in hotel does not bring any advantage to the guest. It would be ok if the price was betternthan other hotel of same category.

we really like staying here, its our 3rd stay, we have stayed for the last three years in early January. We love it because its a great room at a fantastic price, its in a great area and close to city. The staff are always available if you need them, and are always very friendly, so thanks for a great holiday.
