Great location. Simple and easy to visit

i had room number 1 by the front door so it was noisy - i was woken by everyone coming in.

Location & cost.

Wall in the room had extensive scuff marks. Everything else good.

Facilities and parking, very good

I asked if the room could be ready early however,mthis wasn't possible and if I will wanted to stay, I had no choice but to upgrade...to get into a room before 10.30, I'm certain, as I work in this industry, a room can be prepared in 1/2 hour for an asking customer if requested in many other Motels so I feel your business failed to meet my expectations. I will have to think if I use you motel again due to this point.

King size bed was actually two single beds joined together. The message board outside the venue had King SIze Beds up in lights. Where I come from that is called false advertising. Very Naughty.

I liked the ease of operation of the hotel. I liked the location, great for cafes, and the Botanic Park and the mall, all within walking distance.

I didn't like the very noisy air conditioner in my room which made it quite difficult to sleep well. An extra piece of soap in the bathroom would be good for the extended stayers.

Very convenient location, walk to parklands, cafes. Very comfortable bed.

Ridiculously noisy airconditioning unit, room got very hot during the day with little natural ventilation. Could have done with bit more storage for luggage.

There is no phone in the room. The is only one intercom by the entrance that can be used to talk with a staff member. Being a self check-in hotel does not bring any advantage to the guest. It would be ok if the price was betternthan other hotel of same category.

we really like staying here, its our 3rd stay, we have stayed for the last three years in early January. We love it because its a great room at a fantastic price, its in a great area and close to city. The staff are always available if you need them, and are always very friendly, so thanks for a great holiday.

The design

Big hassle check in , with no staff on site, they charge me three times, key card didnt work, no parking spot after i paid, Vending machine didnt work, i got lock out cos my key card didnt work n missed the NYe firework when my husband was inside the room n me stuck in the foyer for 30 mins. No room service for midnight snack. Will not stay again

Comfortable room and does what is required for a cheap stay.

It's convenience and central location

When we arrived there were a lot of issues withe the key card and access to parking. We were misinformed about access to parking. We were told that we would have to pay at every re entry (9.50) so we walked everywhere as returning each time would have been a costly excersise. It was not until we decided to stay another night that the new concierge pointed out the discrepancy. We would recommend but with reservation.

However, in re-arranging the bed linen to my taste, I discovered a number of yellow stains on either the sheet or the cover-this was surprising My only other comment is a suggestion - provide at least one firm pillow for the bed. They were all soft, & I ended up using my inflatable travel neck pillow

It was modern & cheap, the bed was comfortable and it was easy to get in/out with the self check in.
