It was clean. No room available on check in -Booking.com stuffed up. Terrible room facilities - e.g.no lamps. Poor ventilation - an open window with no screen the only source of air - no AC or fan. I could not sleep there as I felt unsafe

nothing the staff didn't know we had booked, didn't know price we had paid.was given the wrong key to the room after we had checked in and had to wake the manager up to let us in after midnight. in fact when we went to check in the room the room had been given to someone else and we had to pack their belongings up to move them into another room.was not worth the $149 we paid.

When I reserve it it's was only for the week end, I decide to book a beach house to try it, because it's was the first time for me, I am disappointed about my experience, the window in my room was booth broken and tape to make sure they don't failed, the door in the share shower was out of order since a long time because the sign was totally worn by the time the stick it on glass. Cheap place for the price.

No clean towels the whole week. No one cleaned the room or the toilet or made the bed for a week . Pretty disappointing for 100/ night. Linen provided felt it had been used and not washed afterwards

The location of the Manly Beach House is perfect for travelers who want to be out exploring the city! It is close to everything including a ferry ride into Sydney. It was one of the highlights of my trip!. This is a MUST SEE!!! We had a beautiful day and the ferry takes you right into Sydney harbor and right past the Opera. Magnificent. The city of Manly has many shops and restaurants with a quaint outdoor mall. The beach is also beautiful and lovely to walk around. Very clean. The owners at Manly Beach House were very nice and accommodating. If you want a great place to stay that is close to everything, BOOK THIS NOW. I hear they fill up fast. This has more of a youth hostel feel and meant for people who just need a place to sleep but do not plan on "Hanging Out" in the room. We booked a family room which was in a loft. It was fine for sleeping, but too cramped for anything else.

Easy going place, peaceful and nice staff. I think it could have been a little overpriced for what was on offer. $80 a night mare.

Location was good. Bed was TERRIBLE. Very old and dated. Taps were very hard to turn and the hot water ran the whole time we were there.

Location was ok. The lady was really nice. Cold rooms. Heavy mould on the ceiling and skirting boards. This was really very concerning. The husband was not at all approachable and information over the phone was misleading. It is a 15 to 20 min walk to the ferry and thanks for making us miss an appointment. The husband Isn't suited for the industry he is working in. Misleading information over the phone followed by an aggressive reception did not make for a good stay. Dude, it is not hard to be open, honest, welcoming and friendly!!!
