This is the 2nd time we have stayed at your hotel & once agian we really enjoyed our stay. The friendly welcoming staff at reception was a great way to start our little city getaway. The set up of 2 bedroom unit worked well . Facilities and appliances were excellent. We stayed in room 901 and had the bedroom with a staircase leading to level 10 above it. The noise on Saturday night of people going up and down the stairs went on until 4am. Would not have continued to stay if going to be in Melbourne for longer than 2 nights.

The Mantra is conveniently located for access to Parks, Museum & city. The free 35 tram is located a short walk from the hotel. I would recommend apartment style hotel fro a short break to the city.

Location was good and the staff were friendly. Bathroom was nice and beds were comfortable. We were quite surprised that there were no washing machine and dryer in the apartment. Although the hotel did allow us to use the machines downstairs but it was definitely very inconvenient.

it was close enough to shopping and all melbourne's transport. we were on the 10th floor and the elevator only went to the 9th. No porter to help with all our shopping luggage.

Walking distance to where we wanted to go! The fact that I ended up being charged by the hotel and then by where I parked my car for parking! When I rang to query this with the staff they were very rude and hung up on me!

Greeted by exceptionally friendly, welcoming staff who stored our bags prior to our 2pm check in. A well laid out room that felt bigger than it was. Well appointed kitchenette. I liked that the room had a stereo with ipod dock- a nice touch. Everything was clean and tidy. Upon check out the staff offered to store our bags again. We've stayed here before and will definitely stay here again. Nothing spoiled our stay.

Its convenient location close to galleries and museum. The cleanliness of the apartment and the cleaning service during the day. Helpful staff. Decore very pleasant, beds comfy. Kitchen area well equipped. No strong smell of cleaning products - great for people with intolerances to chemicals. Didn't use room service, but the menu looked great.

We liked that it was easy to find & central to where we wanted to go. Everything was clean ( except under the beds need checking) it was a little you might say tired, some things need a little coat of paint or freshin up, but ok in general
