Poor value for money. Rooms only cleaned once every 8 days. No fresh linen. Safety box access extra cost per day.

Only 1 TV had a remote control (staff told us to use push buttons on TV). No bottle of bubbly/wine or even a fruit bowl yo greet guest in their apartments.

the resort is in a great location and gives good value for your money.

i thought it ludicrous you had to pay for the use of a safe in your room. i refused to pay. we have just come back from asia and were actively encouraged to use the room safes free of charge it was not the money , just the princible of the matter.

We were travelling with our 2 young boys and 2 friends from uk. We all had an awesome time. Location great, rooms fantastic. Restaurant fabulous. See you in January!!

朝7時頃到着しましたが、すぐにチェックインしてくれました。おかげで、部屋で少し休んでから動物園をゆっ- くり見学することができました。 また、ビーチがすぐ前なので、移動時間もかからず、皆既日食をゆっくり観測することができました。

vue sur mer magnifique petite route entre plage et l'hôtel mais très peu de circulation à vitesser très réduite très belle piscine n'avons pas eu le temps d'aller au spa faisions allées et venues entre plage et pisicine en fonction du soleil avions appart très bien équipé deux chambres deux salles de bain deux wc grande pièce salon salle à manger et cuisine (buanderie inclue...)

アパートタイプということで、洗剤などの準備の心配を実はしていたのですが、1週間過ごせるだけの準備がな- されているなど、基本的に何も準備せずに過ごせるようになっていたのがうれしかったです。 パームコーブの豊かな自然と、鳥の鳴き声、そして波音全てがパラダイスにいる実感を与えてくれて、大変良い- ホテルだと思います。 他のホテルより、利用客も多いような気もしました。 次回も泊まってもいいかもと考えております。

Fundamentalmente el sitio en el que está. Los apartamenetos son bastante cutres y no es lo que esperaba por el precio que tienen (no son precisamente baratos).

Location fabulous, Vivo restaurant next door superb, spacious room, very convenient to esplanade, all else.

Despite 2-3 prior contacts about requiring twin beds this was not done until after we arrived and had to notify reception. Then done promptly. Were not aware rooms were not serviced until we looked at small print at end of first day - signs in bathroom or on bed would have been appreciated. Bathroom spacious but open unmovable shutters between bathroom and bedroom meant you were totally visible and heard by anyone else in the room, or outside if you wanted drapes open during day. Very disconcerting.
