Loved the space in our apartment along with the pool and barbee facilities. Best place we have stayed at in nelson bay

There could have been a few more basics in the kitchen like some decent knifes but apart from that it was all good

Location was great as it was very central to all of the Port stephens region. Good cooking facilities.

Room had a very bad odour. Beds very uncomfortable. bathroom was away from second bedroom.(very strange design)

Spacious

The staff were simply excellent at this hotel. I initially requested a bottle of champaign be placed in the room prior to my arrival as it was someones 60th. They could not (easily) accommodate this request as they are not a licensed premises so instead they placed a box of chocolates and a card in the room. This was unexpected and very thoughtful of them!

Very clean, spacious apartment with modern facilities. Well maintained.

Car parking for our unit was in a separate building which was not convenient for unpacking/packing luggage and getting 2 young children in the car when raining.

The rooms were fabulous pool and spa were beautiful it was just so relaxation

Garbage facilities were far to walk to maybe a garbage shoot Would be good in foyers. N our car was opposite side to our room which was annoying considering we have little kids so lots to carry

Undercover Parking.

Terrible view from room. Bush outlook when pool view was requested. Bedding configuration was not what was asked for. Not enough lounges in the 3bed apt for 6 people. No where near enough seating around pool. Units weren't very clean.

Everything basically

3 bedroom apartment was fantastic. Very spacious and included everything you would need. The pool was beautiful and heated. Close to town centre without being right in the thick of any noise. Very friendly reception staff.

Bed was a little too firm.

Everything about our stay was fabulous!

Self contained apartment with everything you needed in them! The pool was great.

The main bed was uncomfortable...

The rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped.

Not enough for older children, would have liked a pool room etc

Closeness to where we had to go

I booked for 5 people yet they only provided us with 4 towels !!!!!! door handle was broken into one of the bedrooms.

Liked the access to restaurants, shops and Marina in Nelson Bay. Pool and bbq area was also very nice. Apartment facilities and room was very impressive

I would prefer next time not to have our 3 bedroom room overlooking shops and units and also the queen bed was very uncomfortable and caused back problems for myself during our stay and when we returned.

Loved the heated pool, undercover car parking, and close to town

Pool got very busy Not sure if all of the people using it were guests. Its very easy for locals to enter the premisis and access the pool and no-one checks to make sure that users are guests

The pool, the location, lady with an American accent was really nice and helpful!

The rooms were not clean.. The bathroom floors, we stayed in a two bedroom apartment yet only had one car space????? This meant our friends car was made to park outside and it was vandalized .. I have stayed at many other places in Nelsons bay and mantra needs to look at adequate parking. Our buzzer never worked so we had to send someone in to get the car into the parking block!

Lovely apartment, very big living room/kitchen area, big bedrooms and very nice en-suite and main bathroom. Well equipped, great little balcony for sitting out in the sun. Nice pool area and hot tub. Well located in the town, close to shops, restaurants, and pretty close to the beach.

No wireless access and charging for even the use of the computer terminal for internet.
