Close to everything nice area.

The view was great and the design of appartment was also. Serviced daily and very private.

The furnishings were old and tired. Tv in main room too small Beds in both rooms extremely small.

Absolute value for money, modern furnishings, clean, exellent parking facilities, very safe and secure, gorgeous views and location is probably the best in surfers with woolies right out the lift lobby! Thankyou Mantra management we had a great stay with no troubles whatsoever!

Very comfortable, fabulous views. Central to shops, and entertainment.

I paid for an in house movie, paused it in the middle to take a break, and was unable to see the end of the movie. On telling the staff the following morning, they said sorry, too bad, you are unable to take a break once the movie has started. This was disappointing as I was not made aware of it when purchasing the movie at the time. I paid $14.95 for a movie that I didn't get to see the end of.

The location

The room is not clean and when we got into the room we found several smell pizza boxes inside the cabinet and the master room's handle is broken.

Location Facilities Design 2 bed room with beach and mountain views

views from level 15; closeness to Caville Ave;

taps in the apartment are not a good design and have a hairtrigger - ie; every time you turned on the kitchen tap you would end up with a lap full of water, due its high pressure

Perfect location for Surfer and all the GC has to offer. Good facilities. Room was ok. Pool and facilities excellent.

Room furniture looked a bit tired. Bed uncomfortable. Bed configuration not as requested.

Parking is very limited when checking in at peak periods. Traffic busy at the moment due to construction works.

Amazing views of the ocean and hinterland. Loved the floor to ceiling windows. Great pool and jacuzzi.

Amazing view of the Hinterlands and an unbeatable location for everything. Staff were helpful and friendly, and the facilities were all top notch. We will definitely be coming back.

The ocean view was nice. Spacious room.

It took us a half an hour to check in!!! There wasn't a long line it just took a long time per customer. Then we had a problem with our room and I had to call down twice and wait a hour and forty minutes to get some one to fix it. The table and chairs were ratty, there was old food still in the freezer, marks on the wall and table

The size and comfort of the room and the spa bath facility.

The location is convenience which is the center in Surfers Paradise. The room is large and good seaview.

Do not have free wifi.

Reception staff were slow to respond to requests and made some errors. Car park was difficult to access. The in Room movie selection was poor and very expensive. B grade movies were charged at 19 dollars.

Modern, clean and efficient.

I requested a room on the 5th floor and that is exactly what I got. When I ordered additional towels or soap it was delivered, no questions askd. Would I recommend this hotel...if its position you want then yes, if its value for money then no.

Check in was absolutely awefull. I couldnt understand a single word the receptionist was saying. The 1 aircon in our room wasnt working and took 2 phone calls to get someone to tell us it couldnt be repaired. But we were supplied two fans, which I was grateful for.

I liked the nicely designed rooms and the price was very fair for what we got. I also loved that the elevator took you straight to the shopping floor.

I didn't like that the light in the bathroom didn't work. Also we had a lot of trouble with trundle beds/sofa beds I had to ring the front desk 5 times and go down to the front desk once to get it fixed. Also when my mother who was staying in the other room with us was asking the front desk to call me in my room so we would know they were here and to come down and get her the ladies at the front desk told her there was no booking under my name when I just booked in not 10 minutes ago, and after a stressful drive with all the roadworks going on she just wanted to get to her room and no one was helping her.

Great location, good soundproofing between rooms, free parking. Comfortable and reasonably well equipped.

The complex is starting to look quite tired. I think the property is only around 8 years old but it is really showing it's age. Maintenance needs to improve to justify the $ per room. For instance, the main pool has a huge black tiled feature wall behind it which would look great apart from all the lime scale all over it and seeping like Santa's beard from the grout joints - really ghetto. Garden beds need attention. Internal painting needs a refresh and common areas too - must have been a budget second fix when built. Nothing in the way of art or anything else in the common corridors leading from lifts to rooms. Quite spartan really.

Clean room, great facilities, close to restaurants shopping and the beach and a great view from the room.

Space in the apartment

Hard to find. Should have something higth up on buildings Car parking and after hour lift access Unable to use balcony due to noisy guests below and cigarette smoke. Not enough noise control between units. Wasn't asked by staff on departure if we had enjoyed our stay or had any issues.
