This was the worst customer experience I have ever had. I've traveled to 6 continents and work in the travel industry, and like to think I'm a pretty easy traveler. However, when the answer is 'I can't help you' over and over again... it pushes your limits. There was a hiccup with the reservation with booking.com (things happen over the internet) and the staff kept saying 'well, we can't help you'. And when the extremely expensive wi-fi was up, and there was an error the staff also said they couldn't help us. I had to ask if it was alright to use the phone to call, to which my answer was an eye roll. It's a shame that this location is so incredible, because I will not return to this hotel ever.
The location of the hotel is perfect - you're right on the esplanade, a block from the 'city centre', close to all of the bars and restaurants, across from the pier, and by all of the docks. You can request an ocean view and if it's clear, you'll have a gorgeous view. The room has what you need: bed, shower, fridge, television. No fuss, just right.
