Only 2 bath towels, and a small hand towel, an extra towel would have been good for wet hair,
Convenience to the MCG and the CBD
Location and facilities quiet area near city

Close to the city and Richmond's Bridge Road shops. Easy walk to tram stop and everything in Melbourne just a short tram ride away. Quiet location.

The staff were great.
The parking. If you pay $25 per day for parking on site you should be guaranted that park if you leave and then come back, for this reason alone I would ne stay at the mantra on jolimont again.
The impact of passing suburban trains adjacent to hotel affected the prospect of a good sleep.
Another room was allocated and a refund of the balance made the next day.
On arrival at Hotel found that the wrong booking date had been incorrectly entered by hotel staff and we did not have a room booked for the date specified. Eventually a room was found. Reception refused to acknowledge their mistake.
Ease of check in . Location Room in general.
Decor a bit "tired" but for price can't complain.
Ease to book
Fuzz tv, lack of uttensils in room. And fact you had to had over car keys
Disliked that when we arrived we were booked in from 9am and our room wasn't ready until 2pm very disappointed.
Dirty hand marks on kitchen cupboard doors, light switches & bathroom door
Wasn't there long enough to appreciate the facilities, staff at check in and check out were extremely helpful. Loved the kitchenette in the room pleasantly spacious.
Staff were very unhelpful and did not care, not enough car parks for hotel, next closest carpark cost $75 for the night and a 10 minute walk. Room smelt mouldy, TV didnt work, staff were coming to fix however never showed.
View from our room was lovely towards the city looking over the pool..quite pretty. Close walking proximity to the city and Brunswick & Smith St.
We sat half in the drive half on the road in our idling car for almost 40 mins waiting for concierge to figure out where we should be parked and what to do w us while Skybus was beeping up and other cars. Our room was much much smaller than i thought, but clean. We were lucky enough to be on the 8th floor (thankyou), but the lift had broken down so we had to walk down 8 flights of stairs and up again. On approaching male staff member (same one from.concierge) to let him know about lift he raised his voice in response hissing 'i know already' ..just trying to help buddy!! All in all, very unorganised and a frustrating long tedious check in! Reception team were however lovely.
