We booked an executive suite. The room was very clean and comfortable with big space for our toddler to run around. The hotel is located at very convenient walking distance from trams, trains, shopping centers and other cbd attractions. Will recommend families to stay here.

Charges for internet but then most hotels don't provide free internet. Room was not always properly cleaned although we put the sign on our door; only the dishes were cleaned and bed was made up by the staff. Lifts in the building run very slow.

Grout in shower needed cleaning was discoloured, cockroach droppings in drawer in kitchen, bar fridge and nibbles not restocked daily.

The boutique style and cosy atmosphere of Mantra on Little Bourke was great. The location is excellent and the price for a one bed apartment was fantastic..... A wonderful find, we'll definitely be back.

The bed had a mattress topper that was clearly for a queen bed on a king bed. The mattress dipped slightly in the middle, we found ourselves in a trough!

Room sizes ,furnishings,layout, exceptionally comfortable bed.Location,was within reasonable walk to Docklands,City centre shopping,Sothbank.Staff.

Was very disappointed that the housekeeping between our two nights was unacceptable-bed was sort of pulled up ,bottom sheet not flattened,poorly tucked in sheets and cover,pillows left exactly as we left them and decorator pillows left on the floor as left by us.Bathroom not touched,shower mat left ruffled on floor,toilet not cleaned.

Excellent hotel with great staff. Will surely stay there again if we vidit Melbourne again!

Cleaners fotgot to take away our trash on some days.

Great location with walking distance to most of the attractions in city. 2 double beds are great for family with young children.

When we booked a two bedroom apartment we were given two studio rooms with shared entrance. This is not a two bedroom apartment and should not be sold as one! No common lounge or kitchen area to relax together as would be the idea of a two bedroom apartment! Over all not happy with our stay at mantra, will not use there service again.

bit of a walk to the city shopping area if you have someone older with you. Not much open around the area on weekends. When we arrived they couldn't get our eftpos card to work. Noisy air conditioner.

When I choose a hotel I look for cleanliness, budget, location and friendly helpful staff.....Mantra on Little Bourke ticked all those boxes

Close to the city and Spencer St station. Convenient to restaurants. The apartment I had was well appointed and lovely.

I live in the UK and I find Internet charges very expensive in Australia generally. I believe they should be free.

two beds made into one queen, was not comfortable in middle

Very centrally located, close to the shops and lots of eateries off Little Bourke Street. Had all the basic facilities you need on holiday. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room lighting was very dull - no chance of reading in proper light. Not sure if this is due to having downlights only as lighting, eco bulbs? Or that it was right next to another tall office block which essentially cut off the natural light! Had something of an issue trying to check out the evening before we left early the next morning. However, I think there was confusion on both sides, so this would not stop me from staying there again.

Staff friendly and helpful. Location was excellent for walking to CBD,Docklands and Southbank. Near by resaurants. Car parking excellent. Room was extremely large and comfortable and well appointed,large bathroom with bath and separate shower. We needed to be in Melbourne all day and were able to park car and leave bags 4 hours before check in time , and whilst our room was not available as expected, we were impressed to receive a telephone call from staff at around midday to say that our room was ready. Very good value for money and would definitely stay again.Absolutely no complaints,well done.

Minor issue only but grout in shower needed better cleaning

Location, easy to get to and nearby cbd. Beautiful motel, friendly & accommodating staff excellent service. Love it. It's my 4th stay at this motel, my preferred accomaodation for Melbourne. If I was to take a vacation elsewhere my first chioce would be the Mantra.

The executive room was lovely, huge king size bed, great facilities and great price, decor very modern and room spotless. We paid $139 per night on booking.com.

Location, very clean, staff very helpful, BIG so good for friends coming over, bathroom was really nice.

The room temperature (couldn't be changed, was very stuffy, needed to get a fan from reception the entire time we were there). No DVD player and no way of plugging a DVD player into the TV (so they can make you buy their movies) Also mattress was quite hard.

Excellent location, service and rooms are great. Clean and hotel is family friendly. Close to city but not noisy. Will definitely stay there again.

The room was bigger then our house

The room was a very spacious one bedroom apartment, the bed very comfortable and the room quiet even from street noise. Staff very attentive, all in all a great place to stay, would definitely stay here again. We flew in very early and were able to access our room immediately which was a bonus.

The room was too hot on the first day, but much better on the second day after asking the temperature to be lowered.

Needed staff to be sure about locations and destinations some lacking experience on advising patrons.
