눉Second time staying at this hotel, the only issues last time were with the useless receptionist Vickie, and again we had the same issue this time around. We had to wait about 10minutes for her to acutally acknowledge us inside the foyer.
We booked a spa room, and after we checked into the room noticed it was a standard room with no spa. We returned to reception only to be told she booked our room to someone else (even though our booking was made several months ago), after another 10minutes it was only by sheer luck that another spa room was available. We checked into that room however only one key worked, we returned to have that key fixed/re-coded and was told that it was a "human error" and "I really shouldnt be fixing this for you but I will" (even though that key never once worked for us). It seems everything about her job is too hard for her.
Also like to mention last time we stayed and booked through booking.com my credit card was not charged until I checked in. This time however my credit card was charged the full amount two days before I checked in. I was not notified that the payment would be/had come out & never received a reciept until check in, and the amount on my card charged was more than the booking.com price. It was only upon check in when I asked if my card had been charged Vickie stated "oh ill check, sometimes we charge before and sometimes we dont".
Overall the customer service is horrendous and inconsistant. Although the rooms and hotel are lovely and good value for money, the incompetnce of Vickie is not worth it. We dont be staying here again.
